Die Lage ist toll, das Appartement hat alles geboten, was das Herz begehrt, bequeme Betten, Minibar, eine Küche mit allem, was man braucht, inkl. Kühlschrank, Herd und Spülmaschine sowie eine Terrasse. Das Frühstück war für mich perfekt und appetitlich präsentiert. Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großer, kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Hotel. Ich habe mit meinem Sohn aufgrund des Parookaville-Festivals hier für 3 Nächte gewohnt.

Ruim parkeren, rustig, redelijk restaurant, aardig personeel, fijne douche

Cons:

Ik ben hier nu 3x geweest. 2x problemen met de kamersleutel. En gezeur over online check-in waarna je bij aankomst alsnog precies dezelfde gegevens op papier moet invullen.

de hygiëne het was schoon

Cons:

De medewerkers vond ik erg onvriendelijk. Ik belde rond 21.00 uur voor roomservice, die volgens het hotel tot 22.00 uur beschikbaar is. De medewerker reageerde geïrriteerd en bedenkelijk met de opmerking dat ze “er nog net waren”. Toen ik twee kleine flesjes water wilde bestellen, moest ik deze zelf beneden ophalen. Op mijn vraag waarom dat moest terwijl er roomservice wordt aangeboden, kreeg ik als uitleg dat ik direct moest betalen en daarom de bestelling niet gebracht kon worden. Dat vind ik geen logische uitleg voor roomservice.

Bij het afrekenen moest ik €12 betalen voor twee flesjes water. Toen ik aangaf dat ik dit erg duur vond, kreeg ik als reactie: “Tja, hotel hè.”

rooms were good sized, clean and low noise.

Cons:

No lift for upper floors, esp tricky with suitcase, but excellent for an overnight stay with no big bag.
