Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort und es hat uns gut gefallen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten.

Cons:

Eines der Zimmer hatte ein bischen einen komischen Geruch. Eines der Zimmer war deutlich kleiner als das andere.

Finger weg. Viel zu teuer. Selbst das Ersatzzimmer am zweiten Tag (nach Beschwerde) ist zu teuer.
Pros:

Die Lage war ok.

Cons:

Das Zimmer im Altbau ist nicht akzeptabel. Es fühlt sich an, als ob man direkt in der Küche wohnt. Sehr viel Lärm bis 0:00.
Das Zimmer ist winzig. Das Frühstück spärlich. Der Spa-Bereich ebenfalls spärlich.

La camera era confortevole, pulita e la doccia molto buona.

Personal war kurz angebunden. Wenig Infos. Aussage des Personals: Alles selbsterklärend.

Zum Auschecken war Personal länger nicht anwesend und wir mussten warten.

Pros:

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο τραινο καθώς και στη στάση όπου περνάει το λεωφορείο να σε πάει στα λιφτ. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ξύλινο παραδοσιακό και ταιριάζει τέλεια σε χειμερινό τοπίο. Ο χώρος της σάουνας ήταν φανταστικός. Ολα ήταν πεντακάθαρα. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Το πρωινό άψογο. Επιλέξαμε το εστιατόριο και για δείπνο, μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν λίγο μικρό, επειδή είχαμε πολύ μεγάλες αποσκευές ο χώρος ήταν κάπως περιορισμένος.

Wunderschönes und gemütliches Hotel.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich, schön eingerichtet und gut gelegen. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns wohl aufgehoben gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder nach Engelberg reisen, werden wir bestimmt wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Unbedingt das Restaurant ausprobieren: TOP Schweizer Gerichte. Lieben wir.
