A disappointment with the managerial awareness.
Cons:

The property is being renovated. They were working on the room next to the one given to us.
There was so much dust and dirt coming in our room and they didnt even warn us. When we complained they acknowledged that there was a problem with the room. They changed the room the next day.(We should have never been given that room in the first place)
The management only took actions if a complaint was made. The staff should have installed the electric mosquito repellant without us asking for it. (the room was full of mosquitos)
Very disappointed with the awareness of the managerial staff.

Pros:

The reception staff were excellent. Food was good, although we felt hurried along one night over our evening meal. (We believe they wanted our table). Good location.

Cons:

Lots of building work was going on. With consequential noise and dust.
We booked a suite to treat ourselves, however upon arrival we were put into an ordinary double. This was remedied once the problem was raised. However it should never gave happened.
Kettle was broken.
