Pros:

Flexible staffs, anyone have programmes in kalamassery area, and it's nearby its good location

Cons:

Very poor cleanliness, sound from the terrus of another buildings, very poor towel, bedsheet, bn blanket, pillow all, very bad,, too much dirty smell, caboard for dress full of soil, very poor

Very friendly and helpful stuff.
Pros:

My initial room was not good. But they changed me to abetter room, without much fush. The next room was really very good. Clean, ariated neat.

Cons:

The room initial allocated was mould infested. Bed lilen & Pillow were also dirty.
