Very Good stay. Good Rooms. Courteous Staff. Suggestions to tour and vehicles was excellent.
Pros:

I was surprised when they upgraded my room to Suite. The Hotel did not have any restaurant but they were plenty around and the staff guided us properly to such restaurants. They even arranged for our pick-up from the Airport and also the same vehicle was used during our stay for visiting various places. Sachin the manager and other staff were very courteous and the Driver of the vehicle Mr. Shajir was also very good and helpful.

There is nothing i did not like.

not worth for money overall stay, not good as shown in booking.com

no break fast & location is good, down town

Cons:

Staffs attitude is not good. Arguing with guest. if we inform about any short comings. We requested hot water to bath for children's. in spite of many request, not got. Initially informed that keep the water tap on for some time & then hot water will come. We tried wasting many buckets of water & again we informd them but staff is arguing that everyone getting. A/c cooling was not good & also masquito inside room, looks room windows were opened (as there were dusts around the windows) before we check-in. Smelly inside toilet. Looks poor maintennace mirroring.

Affordable, clean rooms near the Kalpetta Main road
Pros:

Located in the town of Kalpetta within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Nice clean rooms with fresh linen. Super helpful staff who gave good advice on places to see. Car parking on the premises.

Cons:

Miniature bathroom, but with all amenities and running hot water
