Pros:

The check in was remote with no contact and that worked very well. The room was smaller than I imagined.
The staff was present in the morning but very distant and un engaging. It is fine but it would have been nice a little pleasantry and contact.

Good location not far from bus stop but steps to hotel not easy with suitcase for this pensioner. Efficient service providing entry code worked but I prefer a receptionist. Overall very suitable for a night or 2.

The lack of staff made it feel more like a motel than a hotel. It just felt functional and not welcoming.

Dyrt hotell med så enkel frokost.

Cons:

Frokosten var skuffende, enkel frokost i resepsjonen med en type brød, ost, skinke og kokt egg. God kaffemaskin.
Vi tåler støy fra uteliv siden vi bodde i sentrum, men var noe musikk som stod på som varte hele natten og var litt plagsomt.

Vi hadde et flott hotellrom med utsikt rett ut i havna. Vi vil gjerne bo her igjen ved neste Kragerø-besøk!

Cons:

Var litt ståk fra både folk og måker den ene natten, men det er jo noe en må ta med når en bor midt i et sentrum med restauranter og uteplasser rett rundt dørene.
