Pros:

Ich konnte schon in der Mittagszeit einchecken, sodass genug Zeit bis zum Abend zum erkunden der Gegend blieb. Es war ein super sonniger Tag. Der Fernseher war leicht zu bedienen. Das Frühstück war für mich schon auf 7 Uhr mit warmen Brötchen gerichtet. Ich wurde gefragt, ob es Kaffee oder Tee sein darf und ob ich ein Ei haben möchte. Alles sehr zuvorkommend. Es war so früh noch nicht alles gerichtet, war für mich ausreichend.

Cons:

Trotz an der Hauptstraße gelegen, waren die Autos nicht so präsent, aber mich hat vermutlich eine der Standuhren mit ihren stündlichen Klingeln mehrmals geweckt.

Pros:

Very close to the train station, the hotel is very easy to get to and pretty central in Kreuztal. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the room was spacious, two single beds rather than a dpuble bed meant I could choose the more comfortable one.

Cons:

The greeting on arriving at the hotel was a complaint that I had come through the wrong door and a five minute discussion about why I hadn't read the essay printed on the front door to ring the bell (perhaps this suggests the signage may need work?). I found this quite funny but others may find the "quirky" approach to customer service less than professional. The price is high given the offering, likely because it seems to be the only hotel in town, you might consider other options.
