Pros:

Parkovanie dobré. Posteľ pohodlná. Hotel je vo vnútri po rekonštrukcii. Bazén a sauny sú dobré.

Cons:

Rekonštrukcia mohla byť prevedená kvalitnejšie.

Pros:

Der Spa-Bereich war sauber und schien frisch renoviert zu sein. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider sehr enttäuschend. Es gab kein Buffet, sodass wir einzelne Portionen bestellen mussten. Mein Freund und ich haben beide ein englisches Frühstück bestellt und zusätzlich um jeweils zwei Spiegeleier gebeten. Leider konnte der ansonsten freundliche Kellner unseren Wunsch nicht an die Küche weitergeben bzw. wurde er dort nicht umgesetzt.

Ich bitte Sie, diesen Vorfall zu prüfen und entsprechend zu berücksichtigen.

Prekrasen smestuvacki objekt , na prekrasna lokacija i so prekrasen personal
Pros:

Lokacijata na hotelot e odlicna, moze da se odi bez koristenje na prevozno sredstvo i do Krusevo , pozadi ima pateki za planinarenje, a pogledot od terasaa i lobito e miljon dolari. Personalot ekstra ljubezen, se na se fantasticno.

Cons:

Moze da se zbogati malku sobata so uste po nekoja mini fotelja i nekoja mala masa i stol za terasa i se gleda deka krevetot e nov no dusekot neuudoben

Very good besides the bed
Pros:

Location is very good, spectacular views over Krusevo. Great food and amenities. The spa is good as well as the common areas.

Cons:

The mattress in our room was worn out and the bed was squeaking, very uncomfortable to sleep on

Pros:

Very helpful staff,Food at the restaurant was average.
Room was comfortable but pretty average.No drinking water bottles,no tea coffee facility,.
Fantastic view from the window and balcony.

Cons:

No drinking water bottles, no kettle. Spa was not working in the 1st day then the steam bath was not functioning.
