Pros:

Very helpful staff,Food at the restaurant was average.
Room was comfortable but pretty average.No drinking water bottles,no tea coffee facility,.
Fantastic view from the window and balcony.

Cons:

No drinking water bottles, no kettle. Spa was not working in the 1st day then the steam bath was not functioning.

Lovely hotel (with pool) - views to die for 🥰 !
Pros:

This hotel has been thoroughly renovated and is immaculate. Staff are helpful, breakfast is good, rooms are clean (if compact) - but, oh my, the views are to,die for. Absolutely stunning. I never shut the curtains. Oh - and there's also a swimming pool

Cons:

I could swear I heard a washing machine's fast spin in my room. Not particularly loud

Pros:

The spa facilities were good. the room we were given was clean and the food in the restaurant was also good.

Cons:

The receptionist during the evening wasn't very helpful, I asked for the heating to be turned down but it never happened, she also refused to give me the table tennis bats, but when my Macedonian wife asked for the bats they were given to her straight away. And the heating was turned off at her request.

Pros:

Completely renovated, the staff is extremely kind, the rooms are clean, the restaurant is excellent with affordable prices, the pool is spacious and clean, there are two saunas and a salt room. They have truly made an effort to keep children entertained when they are not outside, with games such as table tennis, billiards, darts, and table football.
I highly recommend it :)

Cons:

The cafe at the top of the cable cars is not open.

Pleasant stay with a beautiful view
Pros:

We liked the location, the lobby area, the bar, the mini playground was great for the kids while we had our lunch/dinner at the restaurant, the playroom was also a big hit for my kids. The pool area was clean, but I expected the temperature of the water to be a little bit warmer, even though they said it was 28 degrees. It was warm in the entire hotel.

Cons:

Out room lacked hangers for the robes and coats. Also it was tricky how to dry out swimsuits.
