Great location and complex, but sadly poorly managed and maintained
Pros:

We stayed at Villa EM for two summers in a row. We loved our first experience so much that we returned in August 2026. Unfortunately, this time we were disappointed, especially with the management and cleanliness.

Main issues were:
No hot water - On our first day, there was no hot water when we returned from the beach. The lady who came to help initially accused us of lying only to find that the boiler had been completely drained for the entire house. The same thing happened again on our third night after dinner this time.
Poor cleanliness: At check-in, there was hair and sand left in the bathroom from the previous guests. The room in general was poorly maintained, with old bedding, stains on the walls and furniture, etc.
No housekeeping: During our 5-day stay, the room was never cleaned and the bedding was never changed. We were only given new towels each day.
The trampoline in the children's area was out of service.

The management's attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional, with very little effort to address problems or make guests feel welcome. I hope this will change.

It's somewhat confusing how to get to the garage as well as the reception. Some signs and directions will be appreciated.

Чудно!
Pros:

Чудно място! За деца е идеално, има площадка, басейн, игрище, батут, поляна за игра, плажовете са наблизо, има закуска, има какво да се хапне и на обяд, ако не ви се разхожда до селото (въпреки че най-близкият ресторант е на не повече 5 мин).

Cons:

Бяхме едва за 2 дни. :(

No elevators, a lot stairs. The round to the property was bad like all streets in Lozenets
