Very well maintained historic hotel in the heart of Listowel. Enjoyed dinner in the bar room and breakfast. I suggest booking a larger room to enjoy the high ceilings and views.
Very nice hotel room was Lovly
Restaurant menu didn’t have a great choice and wasn’t open late
Месторасположение прямо в центре, старинный стиль, персонал помогал решать мелкие вопросы
В номере шумел вентилятор, спать было не невозможно но менеджер сменила номер бесплатно
Would give more stars 🌟 if possible.. Absolutely amazing 👏 🤩 we had the best experience.
Brian upgraded our room to a king suite free of charge to our surprise 😮 this made our day!!
Amy, on reception, was a doll she couldn't have been any nicer.
We were welcomed greeted by the biggest smile and great manners.
The next morning, a beautiful lady called Annie, served us with such elegance and positivity.
We will be 100% back again and really enjoyed every moment from the staff to decor!!
We have stayed in a lot of hotels and this by far has been the best.
Thanks a million, guys!!!! 😃 😊

Lovely hotel with friendly staff
Overpriced
This is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location in Listowel.. it was my first time staying and it wont be my last.
Location is good - town centre. Paid street parking available.
Our twin room was one of the smallest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in, which in itself would not have been an issue, but it was beyond stuffy when we entered the room - windows were shut and no ventilation. It was borderline smelly - had to leave window open at all times. Dated carpet with staining. Throw cushions that looked grubby, up against the pillows on the bed. Net curtain on a window that overlooked what could only be described as derelict waste-ground area at back of the hotel (a strimmer and a bucket of paint would do a lot if they made the effort). Locking room when leaving not that straight-forward (old key on large keyring type system). Lift was musty, as was entrance lobby of the hotel itself. Staircase need cleaning, as do windows in breakfast room. Salt/pepper grinders on table at breakfast were dirty/greasy when handling. Breakfast room waitress was very friendly, as were reception staff. But bar staff were not as good - dirty glass, no basic please or thank you - didn't tell me how much my drinks order cost, just thrust the card machine in my direction and walked away as soon as I'd tapped card, with no offer of a receipt. We had been in the bar earlier that evening to consider ordering food & stood by the bar reading a menu, but no-one approached us to ask if we were ok or wanted to order, so we left and went elsewhere to eat. Overall, it was not a good stay and we won't be staying there again. Also, at €240 for a twin room B&B (even on a Friday night in April) it was way too expensive, especially for what we actually experienced.
Very friendly staff.
Nothing.
The hotel itself has beautiful character.
The staff so friendly and helpful.
The food was wonderful.
We would have liked a second chair in our room.
Receptionist Maggie or Mags?was most helpful.
The scrambled eggs
I appreciated the classic aesthetic of the hotel. It was both beautiful and charming.
I was unable to establish an internet connection in my assigned room; however, the staff graciously provided an alternative room with reliable internet access.
Lovely Hotel
The room was warm and I'm always cold, nice comfy warm rooms
Friendly staff and accommodating
The food in the bistro was very poor good at lunch time bad in the evening
