A hidden gem.with a lovely lived in feel..
Pros:

The breakfast was superb.
Beautifully located as you view the lovely river from you're table.
Homemade Soda Bread and hot plates are very important to a great breakfast..
The waitress that served me was equally so lovely with a healthy interest that I was enjoying the experience.
A great way to start the day .
I stay away with work quite a bit and this breakfast experience was a 10 out 10..
Very very rare indeed

Cons:

Leaving the breakfast experience aside..
On checking in the receptionist did not afford me much eye contact and whilst the checking in wasn't busy ..
I waited at least 5 mins as she continued to talk to a chef as I stood in close visibility to her.
The evening meal menu looked great and tasted even better..
However the evening staff were not near as attentive as I waited 5 mins waiting to receive the menu and another 5 mins before a member of the team took my order. The restaurant was particularly quite at that time
