נחמד מאוד, לטעמי קצת יקר אבל ממש רצינו מקום שניתן ללון בו עם כלב.
מהבחינה הזאת היה מעולה! מלא מדשאות הביאו לה אפילו שקית חטיפים מתנה בצ'ק אין.

מעולם לא שהינו דרך מטיילים ותמיד הגענו לצפון ולקיבוצים באופן ישיר עם הזמנה בבוקינג או ישירות לקיבוץ באתר
המקום עם אויר צח ושקט מזמין

סגרנו באופן ספונטני יומיים לפני והתקשרו אלינו שתי נציגות רשת מטיילים כדי לאשר הזמנה ששולמה מראש לחדר משפחתי 5 נפשות . לאחר שטל אשרה לנו את ההזמנה וגם המקום אישר במייל , התקשר בחור ללא שום דרך ארץ או אנושיות שהתחיל לאיים על תוספת מחיר לשלושה ילדים והחל מסכת של עלבונות ואיומים שיוריד את ארוחת הבוקר ואת המים החמים בשהות שלנו אם לא נוסיף לו סכום של 300 ש״ח לילד לילה . כשהסברתי לתמיר שעשיתי הזמנה ל2 מבוגרים ושלושה ילדים וכתבתי כך גם בהערה למטה וששתי בחורות אישרו הוא התעלם והמשיך להעליב .. עד שלבסוף בקשתי לדבר עם מנהל לאחר ויכוחים ועלבונות צלצל אלי בחור בשם מורן . אילץ אותי באיומים וצעקות להוסיף לו את התשלום . באותו יום של נסיעה למלון הגענו רק בשעה 18 בערב לא קבלנו שום אינפורמציה בקבלה למרות שבחורה בשם זר הבטיחה לנו הסבר מלא על כל המלון וגם הבטיחה לפצות , גם הודיעה נחרצות שאשלם לה תוספת אחרת איימו לה על המשכורת . עובדים שמצהירים שהם מנהלים ללא סמכויות , נתקלתי ב4 שיחות כאלה !
לא אפשרו לנו גם לבטל את ההזמנה ובעל כורחנו תחושות של חוסר חשק שלמנו תוספת של 900 ש״ח . נכנסנו לחדר עם מגבות מתפוררות שלאחר יבוש נכנסים שבבים שלהם בשיער ובגוף . חדר אוכל שיש בו כלים מלוכלכים וסכו״ם שהמכונה לא ניקתה . חדר מלוכלך מטבח וריצפה מזוהמת . מצעים שלא הוחלפו בשתי הלילות .סיימנו את השהות כמעט בלי לשהות במלון עצמו , לא עדכנו אותנו על ווי פיי וסיסמאות ולא על שום דבר למרות ההבטחות . מתחת לכל ביקורת בלשון המעטה . עם כל הצער לעזור לתושבי הצפון זה יחס ושירות שיש לשפר ואורחים לא צריכים לבלות את החופשה בתחושות הללו .

אהבתי את תשומת הלב לפרטים הקטנים: חטיף ומיץ תפוחים בחדר וחימום החדר לפני שהגענו.
אהבתי את העיצוב של המקום, את המחשבה והטיפוח של המרחבים הפתוחים.

The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Very peacefull area.

Cons:

My suggestion is to have the instructions and rules in English and to check the wifi ans it was not working in all areas

The breakfast and the staff were amazing 😻 the pool and the supermarket and the playground 👍amazing place would love to go again ❤️
