Una vacanza relax ai piedi dei monti.
Pros:

Da un senso di pace e relax. Un giardino stupendo dove poter fare anche la colazione. Piscina coperta e sauna adeguate alla struttura. Camera grande e accogliente con una vista meravigliosa dal balcone.

Cons:

Colazione un po più abbondante e varia per quanto riguarda il dolce e mancanza di un frigo nelle stanze

Eine absolute Empfehlung!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Parkmöglichkeit war hervorragend.
Frühstücksbüffet liess keine Wünsche übrig.
Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Terrasse und der liebevolle Garten mit vielen schönen Sitzplätzen und Rückzugsorten.
Wir wünschen den engagierten und motivierten Betreibern viel Erfolg!

Tutto!!! Ambiente moderno, arredato benissimo tutto legno !! Anche l'esterno molto curato con varie zone relax.Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina e sauna per mancanza di tempo.
Colazione abbondante e con prodotti bio e della zona.
Noi torneremo.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wir haben uns im Johan Rooms & Breakfast sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war lecker und bietet alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Besonders schön fanden wir den liebevoll angelegten Garten, in dem man ganz entspannt frühstücken kann.

Auch der Pool ist ein tolles Extra und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Sauna haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, sie steht den Gästen aber ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit angenehmer Atmosphäre – wir kommen gerne wieder und können sie weiterempfehlen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Alojamento excepcional, surpreendeu muito! Muito confortável, os serviços otimos, acesso à piscina a qualquer hora, parque gratuito, tem uma parte exterior muito supreendente , bonita e muito tranquila! O host muito querido e simpático! Localização otima, perto do centro de Merano, uma vila muito querida e que adorei conhecer!

Cons:

Não houve nada que não gostasse, apenas para melhoria futura: acho que era bom ter opçoes de lavagem de cabelo tipo champoo e condicionador nas casas de banho como é comum e no pequeno almoço apesar de muito bom ,senti falta de algumas opçoes por exemplo de tostar o pao e de ovos mexidos ou de outras formas.

Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità.
La struttura è accogliente, dal design ricercato, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio.
La camera è confortevole e silenziosa, ideale per un soggiorno all’insegna del relax.
La posizione è tranquilla e comoda, a pochi minuti da Merano.
Ottima la colazione, varia e abbondante. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la piscina e la spa.

Pros:

Johan deve fare i conti con i social, sui quali figura ancora con la precedente denominazione. Tuttavia la nuova gestione, due giovani imprenditori locali, è partita con gusto ed intelligenza. Lo stile è "Neo-Vintage": con arguzia, sono state mantenute svariate caratteristiche della struttura primigenia, in stile anni '70, indicativamente, tuttavia abbinate a 'tocchi' piuttosto class, un design azzeccato, una palette di colori che è davvero confortevole ed elegante. Il breakfast, servito nel delizioso giuardino, è impeccabile. La gentilezza è stata al top. Camera perfettamente funzionante, aria condizionata (apprezzatissima) compresa. Promossi a pieni voti, con lode!

Non aver potuto restare un paio di giorni in più! :-)
