Pokoje wymagają remontu - wyposażenie stare, ściany przybrudzone i z pajęczynami, brak lodówki i kosza na śmieci w pokoju. Śniadania monotematyczne i brak jego różnorodności, np: brak naleśników czy ciasteczek do kawy. Widać, że brakuje menadżera, który dbałby o nadzorowanie pracy personelu. Plus to lokalizacja hotelu- blisko centrum.
