Pros:

We made a last minute booking here at night and the innkeeper was extremely polite and had beer and snacks available and we relaxed on the porch. He and his wife served a croissant and coffee the next morning, they were so friendly and we had a lovely stay here.

Manca un frigo in camera, non c'è l'aria condizionata, solo un ventilatore, la doccia parte dopo un quarto d'ora, dunque non consiglio

colazione buona, forse un po' ridotta rispetto ad abitudini prese in hotel esteri (per essere precisi, ottima colazione modello italiano, ma ridotta rispetto al classico buffet per colazioni internazionali di molti alberghi esteri o usati per lavoro)
per il resto personale estremamente gentile e disponibile
aggiungo hotel comodo per chi arriva in moto con garage coperto e chiuso

Cons:

se proprio dovessi migliorare qualcosa, aumenterei la scelta per la colazione

Struttura decisamente d'annata, ma molti particolari denotano un'attenzione ed una cura talvolta non riscontrabili in strutture di più elevato "lignaggio". Accolti dal gestore, simpatico e disponibilissimo, con un piccolo dolcetto di benvenuto (Molto gradito, oltre che buono...), sono i particolari che distinguono questo hotel, come l'attenzione alla raccolta differenziata, la cura dedicata all'aspetto generale e la dedizione per promuovere le attività e le caratteristiche della zona. Mi è piaciuto, ci ritornerei

Il sistema dell'acqua calda, come ben riportato da molti avvisi, ha un problema, legato al circuito, di attesa appunto di acqua calda. Se fare una doccia poco più che fredda a 35 gradi può far piacere, forse lo è meno a temperature inferiori...

Fabbricato da ristrutturare, manca aria condizionata.

Cons:

Manca aria condizionata, si soffocava in camera è stato impossibile dormire. La struttura è estremamente datata. il bagno con doccia 70x70 con porte a soffietto, si fa a malapena la doccia. Resta il fatto positivo che era molto pulita e il personale molto gentile, ma ha bisogno di essere aggiornata
