Дом находится напротив церкви . Нас поселили в номер под крышей + была своя терраса , где открывался вид на церковь и город . В номерах было чисто и работал кондиционер . + хозяин открыл нам шлагбаум чтобы мы припарковали свою машину возле дома .

Della struttura niente, ottima posizione.

Cons:

La camera un anfratto, struttura decadente, mal tenuta, host inesistente, da fuori sembra in stato di abbandono. Non era possibile accesso al terrazzo come pubblicizzato. Unico valore la posizione eccellente.

Excellent location in a friendly environment
Pros:

The location is amazing and makes every other inconvenience pale in comparison. The balcony overlooks the ancient fortress and the cathedral, in the distance picturesque hills form a fitting backdrop for the stunning Georgian landscape. The host is very friendly and polite, he gave us a brief tour of the town, shared valuable insights into life in Georgia and offered excusions to the environs of Mtskheta. All the sights in the town are within an easy walking distance, including historical landmarks, cafes, shops with local crafts, food stores and a pharmacy.

Cons:

As the apartment is on the top floor, the ceilings are slanted and one may bang their head on them, so caution is advised. Also, the apartment could benefit from having a stove and some pots. But these are minor things compared to the opportunity to live in the very heart of the vibrant old capital of Georgia.

La posizione e la pulizia della stanza sono le uniche note positive.

Cons:

La struttura non corrisponde alle foto, è tutto disordinato e in ristrutturazione, inoltre per accedere alla terrazza panoramica mostrata più volte nelle foto bisogna entrare in casa del vicino. Il peggio però è stato il proprietario: dall'inizio si è mostrato insistente per vederci i suoi servizi di transfer e con la scusa di non avere resto non ci ha restituito 5 lari. Inoltre, durante la notte verso le 3 del mattino qualcuno ha cercato di entrare nella nostra stanza forzando la porta. La struttura non è sicura, quando abbiamo fatto presente la cosa al proprietario ci ha detto di essere stato lui che rientrava ubriaco da una serata con gli amici. Situazione strana e perturbatrice!

Очень классное расположение, прямо возле главного кафедрального собора Грузии Светицховели. Очень хорошая цена для такого места и качества номеров. Приветливый хозяин.

Cons:

Санузел не очень удобный, после слива бачка унитаза, при его заполнении новой водой в трубах стоит неприятный свист. Не очень комфортный момент в ночи.
