Pros:

TOUT…
Les personnel est aux petits soins, très professionnel et vraiment là pour rendre votre séjour magnifique.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec la possibilité de choisir différentes formules.. tout était délicieux surtout les pancakes ..
La chambre est spacieuse avec un lit immense et très confortable et une salle de bain toute équipée. Propreté irréprochable.
Service laundry top et vraiment pas cher.
L'hôtel est soigné aussi bien en décoration que sur le jardin qui est magnifique avec la piscine qui ferme tard, très appréciable.
Un havre de paix.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel .. une carte variée et excellente, prix très abordable.
L'hôtel propose son propre service de massage, très professionnel.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Pros:

El hotel está bien, jardines muy bien cuidados, las masajistas del SPA muy bien también. El personal en general es muy amable. La zona no es buena, y el acceso es por una calle tan estrecha que muchos taxistas se niegan a entrar. No hay gran cosa cerca.

Cons:

Durante el viaje tuvimos problemas con los vuelos que nos retrasaron todo el viaje. Solicité acortar la reserva de tres a dos días, pero me denegaron la modificación (aunque avisé con 6 días). Perdimos la primera noche y el desayuno, pero bueno, era nuestro problema. Por la mañana del segundo día avisé de nuestra hora de llegada, pero la habitación no estaba preparada cuando llegamos. Durante los dos días que estuvimos utilizamos varios servicios del hotel (masajes, conductor, restaurante), es decir, hicimos bastantes gastos extras. Como nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde pedimos un late check-out, y nos dijeron que sin problema, al mismo precio de un día adicional. Le expliqué que no me parecía razonable que me costaran lo mismo unas pocas horas que un día entero con desayuno, y la recepcionista me contestó, sin perder la sonrisa en ningún momento, que si necesitaba un ratito para pensarlo...

Cadre très calme, magnifique, personnel au petits soins
Pros:

Nous avions le choix entre différents types de déjeuner. Nous avons pris à chaque fois un déjeuner balinaisien mais different. Nous avons aussi déjeuner et dîner au restaurant en portant également notre choix sur des plats de Bali c'était des plats de très bonne qualité, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le personnel que ce soit garçon ou fille étaient adorable. L'endroit était d'un calme très appréciable. La température de la piscine était parfaite. Le cadre très bien entretenu. Séjour idyllique.

Ubytování bylo čisté a pohodlné. Uvnitř žádní gekoni 🦎 takže super :) bazén teplý. Snídaně byly menší, ale personál byl ochotný a přidal nám toast navíc.

Personál by mohl být milejší a více se usmívat

Très joli. Piscine propre. Personnel très gentil. Massage super! Laundry service au top. Pas d'humidité dans les chambres. Clim fonctionnelle.

Pros:

Loved the room, service was great, pool was lovely, and breakfast each morning was fantastic. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

Would have loved to use the restaurant at night, but it was a little too expensive for the area, as was shown by it being empty most nights.

The location is not a pleasant
Pros:

The pool was very nice, at breakfast they gave you a typical Balinese dessert

They never told us that they were building right next door and the noise was very uncomfortable, two unfriendly staff members

le lieu est parfait
Pros:

Super lieu ! Au delà de nos espérances.. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable !

La nourriture du restaurant y est très bonne
Le lieu est calme et plutôt proche des restaurants et de la rue passante, ou se trouve beaucoup de resorts
la piscine est parfaite et chaude on a vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour

Cons:

Le chemin pour accéder à l'hôtel n'est pas très bien indiqué (plusieurs hôtels sur la route porte le même nom) ce qui met en difficulté chaque grab/taxi que nous avons prit.. notamment pour le 1er jour avec les valises, nous avons du finir les derniers km à pied... l'hôtel se trouvant au fond d'une ruelle un peu caché

Objekat je predivan , vrt je toliko lijepo odrzavan i uredan da kada si na dorucku na centralnoj terasi kao da si u raju. Sobe su udobne i ciste, svaki dan se mjenjaju rucnici i popravljaju krevet. Osoblje je divno , srdacno, vedri i veseli.. Meni su zaista pomogli kad mi je pozlilo , odmah su me vodili u bolnicu.. hvala svima na ljubaznosti i topla preporuka!!

Вкусный сытный завтрак, можно выбрать из 4 вариантов, на завтраке есть кофе, чай, сок, яйца, овощи и фрукты, тосты с маслом и джемом, бекон, сосиски, национальная кухня, вафли, блинчики. Есть возможность пообедать и поужинать с отеле, качественная еда и красивая подача блюд. Чистый бассейн, чудесный уютный сад, за которым ежедневно ухаживает садовник, в целом красивая территория. Доброжелательный и клиенториентированный персонал, помогли решить наши вопросы. Номер просторный, есть все необходимое, гигиенические наборы и халаты, есть выбор подушек, удобная большая кровать, приятное белье.

Cons:

Есть немного плесени в душевой и небольшой затхлый запах в ванной комнате. За все все время пребывания 9 ночей ни разу не помыли туалет.

Чудесное место!!
Pros:

Персонал отличный, на любую просьбу быстро реагируют! Уборка каждый день. Единственное, забывают пополнять шампунь и мыло, но стоит попросить, через минуту всё есть. Завтраки очень вкусные и сытные! Территория тихая, чистая,ухоженная. Садовник постоянно наводит красоту, бассейн чистят каждые 2-3 дня. Адель на ресепшен просто чудо!! Персонал молодые ребята, которые с удовольствием в свободное время играли в мяч с детьми моими)) я обязательно вернусь!

Cons:

Небольшой недостаток , не обрабатывают территорию от насекомых, а комаров и мух там море. Но при обращении, предоставляют средство от насекомых.
