Breakfast, parking and size of the room. It's a good stop when you travel from Palenque to San Christobal.

Cons:

There are construction works in and around the hotel. Much noise at 7.15 a.m.!
No hot water.

Find another hotel if you don't like to feel suffocated.
Pros:

The spacious car parking which is at the back of the hotel. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

All the rooms on ground floor are windowless. Only the big room with king-size bed has window on the second floor. So the air was stale due to limited ventilation. Worse there was a beam across the ceiling of the bedroom. It show the hotel was not properly plan or layout.
The restaurant was hidden on the second floor with a staircase behind the hotel. Even on second floor, the restaurant has limited window and very dark.
The wifi was less than 1.5Mbps based on Netflix test.

Pros:

The breakfast was good and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
The room floor was very clean, and the beds were well made. Had a great mini split for heat/cool

Cons:

The mattress was old, bathroom/shower somewhat dirty, the bed sheets had way too much fabric softener, the pillows were old and stained.
