Perfect stay !
Pros:

The property was beautiful, with the pool overlooking the lake. The staff were lovely, there was a lounge open for drinks and snacks all afternoon and the food at dinner was delicious.

Cons:

Only thing maybe is the juices in the morning that didn’t taste great

Wonderful, charming hotel for a short break.
Pros:

Beautiful property with lovely terraced gardens and pool area. Alfresco dining area was great and the staff very friendly. The views across the lake towards the distant mountains were serene.

Cons:

The room was comfortable but a little small and simple compared to some other hotels. Although the bed was very comfortable and overall very clean and well equipped.

Die Lage war super. Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pool 👍

Cons:

Klimaanlage konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden. Abendessen war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, haben wir nicht jeden Abend gebucht

Uitstekend restaurant.
Pros:

Mooie villa, hoog gelegen met uitzicht op het meer. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid met voldoende keuze en verse eibereidingen. Bedienend personeel helemaal top! Mooi uitzicht over de tuin, het zwembad en het meer vanaf het terras. Het diner is uitstekend met elke dag ook keuze uit een dagmenu buiten de kaart om. Parkeren ging prima dankzij aanwijzing dat je boven op de Piazza moest staan anders sleep je je een breuk met je koffer. Heel veel trappen in dit hotel! Onderaan de berg is een café waar je lekker kunt chillen en ook een bootje kunt huren om het meer op te gaan.

Cons:

Een paar dagen voor aankomst ontving ik een behoorlijk dwingend appje met huisregels en dat Booking.com gasten moesten betalen voor hun ontbijt wat bekend was. Vervolgens een spoedrondleiding door een gehaaste man. De kamer (4) was klein, de badkamer kleiner met een douche die de volledige vloer buiten de douche nat maakte. Dan ontdek je dat de vloer erg vies is op een witte douchemat. Een airco die alleen de muur erachter koelde en op de heetste laatste nacht er geen zin meer in had. Goed bed maar hele slappe kussens. Ik zou het hotel niet aanraden, het restaurant wel. Weinig (eigenlijk geen) andere restaurants op loopafstand.
