Super Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Servicepersonal sowie ein herzlicher Empfang. Auch das Zimmer machte einen ansprechenden und gepflegten Eindruck.

Cons:

Frühstück: Die Auswahl war leider sehr bescheiden und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Dem Personal schien es wichtiger zu sein, zunächst die Zimmernummern abzugleichen, anstatt sich um das ordnungsgemäße Auffüllen des Buffets zu kümmern. Erst nach ausdrücklicher Nachfrage wurde reagiert.

Parkgebühren: Die Berechnung einer Pkw-Parkgebühr mit dem Hinweis, dass dafür die Minibar kostenlos sei, ist aus meiner Sicht eine wenig überzeugende und geradezu absurde Argumentation. Eine kostenlose Minibar ist sicherlich kein angemessener Ausgleich für zusätzliche Parkkosten.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig gelegen und super für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund. Außerdem wunderschöner Märchenpark ganz in der Nähe.
Das Frühstück ist exquisit. Nicht auf Masse, sondern Klasse. Sehr lecker zubereitete Sachen (keine Billigware).
Leider war die Kaffeemaschine defekt, wurde aber behoben.
Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Minibar war inbegriffen (super). Auch die 2 tägige Reinigung des Zimmers war vollkommen ausreichend. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Parkplatz war direkt vorm Hotel und der wunderschöne Dom, wenn man zum Fenster raussieht....Perfekt.
Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Räumlichkeiten sind von den Fluren, dem Empfang bis zum Frühstückraum sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet.

Cons:

Die Luft im Flur ist, wie bei so vielen Hotels, eher schlecht. Aber dies ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Tolles Hotel, sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr freundliches Personal, alles bestens!
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, freundliche Angestellte - und die herrliche Ruhe.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne, ruhige Lage als Bestandteil einer ehemaligen Klosteranlage. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren freundlich und das Frühstück war qualitativ herausragend! Insgesamt ein schönes, sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel mit einem hervorragenden Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!

Pros:

Nice location, good bed and good food nearby

Cons:

The bathroom felt outdated and could use an upgrade, and there is no air conditioning. I was also charged €10 to park my motorbike, even though the parking area was empty. Small extras like this feel like nickel-and-diming and take away from an otherwise great experience.
