In Ordnung
Pros:

Abgesehen vom Frühstück war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war ansprechend gross, wie auch das Badezimmer. Zusätzlich hatten wir einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer mit dem Sonnenaufgang.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war das schlechteste in dem Hotel. Teller haben gefehlt, Kaffeemaschine produziert nur eine Brühe anstatt einem Kaffee. Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können.

Nice location friendly staff
Pros:

Good location for the promenade around a ten minute walk into the town, had an evening meal which was good, Dagmara the receptionist come bartender come waitress did an amazing job of looking after all guests and was a pleasure to meet.

A mixed experience - it was ok
Pros:

The view from our bedroom over the sea.
Friendly staff.
Parking available for £9.90 per night

Cons:

Overpriced.
Not particularly clean (eg extractor fan in bathroom was filthy, paintwork on fire doors grimy).
Breakfast was £15.95 so we ate cheaper elsewhere.
No lift

Average at best with a ropey tired building in need of major refurbishment, 2 star hotel at best
Pros:

The hotel bills itself as a 4 star hotel but in reality it is a 2 star at best

Cons:

The window seal was broken meaning the window could not be closed. The whole curtain rail fell down.

Pros:

Overnight stop before sailing to the isles of Scilly. As arrived quite late and left very early, didn't really get to know the hotel but its an ideal location for the harbour.

Cons:

Garage facilities are extremely tight for anything bigger than a Golf and this should be relayed at time of booking. Trying to negotiate a Santa Fe was VERY challenging!

It was relaxing and comfortable.
Pros:

We were very happy with the location and room. It was clean and comfortable. The receptionist allotted a space in the parking garage and a member of staff showed me how to use the code to access it. I was very grateful as my husband was having an operation and I was worried. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a good one.

Pros:

We were able to find free overnight car parking very close to the hotel. There is paid public parking nearby if required. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

We wish we had a room with a view out to the water - search for that when booking!

Staff were really nice.

Cons:

Asked for extra pillows as the ones in te room were extremely flat but never got any. Also asked in an e mail before we arrived the cost of a taxi from newquay airport to beach hotel and was told it was between £30-£50 pound but when we booked taxi it was actually £125 which is way way over the cost we were expecting. Not blaming the staff for cost of taxi's but the information we recieved from staff was way way off. Just for future reference for other customers staying in your hotel.

Over priced, decor is very dated in bedrooms and small back room
Cons:

Lovely breakfast but sometimes over cooked
Staff friendly but very slow to serve on the second morning, leaving us to wait!! Not happy 😒
