Pros:

Nice and very friendly staff, pretty looking decoration of hallway and restaurant

Cons:

Dinner was tasting as not freshly cooked, for this reason it was too expensive

Terrible
Cons:

I didn't like that we booked for a three bed room. Then we're told we were lying and didn't.
We asked for a bed, it was only available for tomorrow night. We were only staying one night.

We asked for a duvet to sleep on and we're charged £20 "wear and tear" because it was on the floor.

Absolutely shocking customer experience.

Charming, warm, comfortable with delicious food!
Pros:

The staff are professional and warm. The property is beautifully located in a beautiful part of England. The food was outstanding!

It was all perfect—no suggestion for improvement.

Big comfy bed.
Complimentary tea & coffee ☕️ & snacks.

Cons:

The tiles in the bathroom were cracked and it wasnt pleasant smelling....I had the windows open to freshen the room but obviously this was noisy. There was also s street lamp shining outside the window 🪟
Was worried about the soaked floor in the corridor no signage not clear if your foot might go through.
Taxi x 2 didn't know where your 🏨 hotel was they tried to take me to the sister hotel

exactly the same as in their images on booking.
lucky as we were upgraded to a larger room. the location good and room is lovely.

Cons:

radiator/ heater not working but told the staff so that they can check on it. they are very approachable.

Recommend to all travelers going to Cornwall for the first time.
Pros:

The property is well located and easy to find. Made travel quite easy! Plus they have parking which is a big plus. The view from our room was amazing too. Highly recommend!

Great location and friendly staff made me feel great
Pros:

All staff were amazing!! ,reception lady Irosha was so professional and helpful, restaurant ladies so friendly and housekeeping staff. My room was clean, bed very comfortable and sea view was a big bonus !! Dinner and breakfast great !! I would recommend this hotel

Great one night stay
Pros:

Very Friendly welcoming staff, especially Irosha on reception, she was very helpful on arrival.

Great breakfast, with plenty to choose from to get me started for the day of exploring.
