Pros:

Nothing at all. I would give 0 stars if possible.
We left after 2 minutes. We requested a refund, but they told us that this is "impossible". Which it clearly is not, and booking.com has advised so. They are just greedy and will keep your money.

Cons:

The "condo" is in a run down building.
Access to it is difficult.
The place is filthy.
If you picture the 2nd Hangover Movie, this is what you'll be getting.
It is Absolutely NOTHING like in the pictures. We truly feel like we have been robbed. Like the owner has put their hand in our wallets and taken cash.
Book here at your own risk.
If you're looking to waste money, It would be better just to send the money to the owners personal account, and save yourself the trip to this awful place.

Could not check in, host not contactable, lost my money to this scammer.
Pros:

Nothing because I couldn't check in.

Cons:

Asked for check in instructions on arrival but no response. Host not responding to messages. Not answering the phone. I waited nearby for two hours, this was after check in time. No response or anything from the host. 8 had to book another place. .Not until the next day did the host respond, all apologetic saying wants to give me cash refund. Did not deliver the refund. Again no response until next day, again apologetic. I said e can pay refund via PayPal and promised to do so. But didn't. Host is a liar and deceitful. I do not recommend this place.

Superb
Pros:

Great apartment. Very clean and spacious. At first I was a bit scared by the many similar old buildings, but in fact the area has a very relaxed and safe atmosphere.

Pros:

If you are going to concert at Thunder Dome/Impact Arena, this is a great option for accommodation. Don’t expect it to be like a hotel, it’s a simple bed & bath facilities. 7Eleven is just below the property. Few mins away from
DMK Airport & Lak Si Train station.

Cons:

When you are trying to enter the building, pls find the right door which is the main door where people came
In & out, you would not be provided with access card at first when you check in so you to wait for other people to tap their card to access the building which is for me quite a waste of time.

The building is quite run down & sketchy, do not expect it to be perfectly shaped.

There was a cockroach & small bugs during my stay.

The property did not replenish the water bottle & did not help change the dustbin plastic. So we have to use our own plastic bags & ended up with a lot of garbage by the end of our trip.

- Really comfortable bed
- Towel, toothbrush, haidryer and 4 water bottles provided
- A/C worked well
- Good wifi
- Close to Cosmo bazar and Impact arena

Cons:

- No hand soap at any of the sinks
- Very noisy at night, earplugs required
- The area and building halls vere kind of scary to walk around
- There were small ants everywhere (they were on the surfaces, on my things and on me sometimes) so if you are very scared of insects keep in mind
