Pros:

The ambiance, tranquility, cleanliness, check in was quick and friendly. The access card only takes you to the floor where your room is located, so you can't get lost 😀

The location,the room

Cons:

The experience of having the apartments and the hotel operating in the same location should, in my opinion, be better organized. There should be a clear separation between guests going to the hotel and those going to the apartments, with separate reception areas. Currently, everyone queues in the same place, which creates a very long line and an overcrowded, unpleasant atmosphere at the reception. Please review this situation.
