Die Anlage ist sehr sehr schön. John unser Freund und Helfer hat in allen Situationen ein super Job gemacht. Hierfür nochmal ein dickes Dankeschön. Das gesamte Personal verdient ein dickes Lob. Man kann sich vorort einen Roller mieten was sehr entspannt ist. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen. 👍❤️

Чистый, тихий, уютный отель
Pros:

Удобное расположение, не далеко от аэропорта, в тихом месте. Очень чистая и ухоженная территория, большой бассейн, тоже всегда чистый и достаточно тёплый.
Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный, быстро решают все возникающие вопросы.
Мы жили в номере, а не в бунгало. Остались довольны, есть все необходимое. Очень хорошая уборка, даже каждый раз чистили слив в полу в ванной. Полотенца и вода каждый день.
В самом отеле есть аренда байка, стоимость адекватная.
Однозначно рекомендую 👍

Матрас жестковат, три дня болела спина после сна, потом привыкла 🫣

Нужно бронировать прям очень заранее, мы это сделали за три месяца до поездки, поэтому свободный был только номер. Бунгало уже разобрали)

Die Anlage ist ein wunderbarer Ruhepunkt im äußerst lauten und vollen Duong Dong. Der Pool ein Traum und das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Ich hatte eine erholsame und schöne Woche dort.

Pros:

Na tomto ubytování se mi líbilo naprosto všechno. Naprosto skvělé pro cestování s dětmi. Majitelka velmi milá a ochotná ve všem pomoci. Pokoj byl velmi prostorný, velká lednice, k dispozici konvice a vybavená kuchyňka. Pokoj měl z druhé strany další dveře, které vedly k sušáku na prádlo, což jsem velmi ocenila. Lokalita naprosto perfektní, 10-15 minut procházkou na pláž. Grab bylo možné sehnat do 5 minut, velmi rychlé dovážky jídla. Do centra nebo na Night market cca 10 minut autem. Vše, včetně potravin, v dostupné vzdálenosti. Vše bylo velmi čisté, úklid perfektní. Večer krásné osvětlení. Uprostřed komplexu bazén s lehátky, lehátek bylo vždy dost, bazén čistý a osvěžující. Vše naprosto přesně odpovídalo fotkám v popisu. Za mne 11 z 10 :-)

Wonderful place and great value for money!
Pros:

The bungalow was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of storage space. The veranda was lovely and close to the pool. The pool was very big. It was peaceful day and night. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is quite a way from the center, maybe 10 mins by scooter (which you can easily rent from the bungalow).

Our second time staying here and like the first time really happy with everything. The family and staff are wonderful, always pleasant and smiling and willing to help should you need it and to provide advice on any issues you may have.The grounds and pool are kept immaculatey clean and tidy - a real lovely place just to chill - an oasis of calm. Not too far away from long beach and restaurants, motorbikes to rent on site if you need. We really did love our time spent here and would highly recommend, once again a big thank you to all the staff there and look forward to seeing them all again in the future 😁

Personál byl velmi milý a ochotný , pomohl nám s plánovaním aktivit , včetně zajištění transportu . Denně poskytnutá balená voda . K dispozici slušný bazén.

Ve vedlejším bungalovu byla hlučná skupina ruských občanů , který do noci pouštěli nahlas hudbu a hlasitě se bavili.

La localisation, dès qu'on sort de l'hôtel on se retrouve sur une route très passagère à 6km de Doung Dong, poussiereuse, avec immeuble à moitié construit

Au 3eme étage, chambre avec bruit toute la nuit de la pompe à eau

À l'arrivée on nous fait payer avant de nous installer dans la Chambre, 1ere fois depuis 3 semaines au Viêtnam, on nous dit qu'il y a un petit déjeuner. ( marqué sur le panneau à l'entrée)
Finalement, obligés d'aller à pieds prendre le PDJ dehors car on ne le sert pas à l'hôtel.

Payé chère une tasse que j'avais eu l'honnêteté de dire que j''avais ebreche

Pas l'accueil chaleureux vietnamien dont nous avons eu l'habitude

Расположение не самое лучшее, если пешком до пляжа, то идти минут 12. Шум от самолетов (рядом находится аэропорт) и шумные соседи, ночью громко включают музыку, когда ты с детьми это очень мешает и никто не следит за тишиной...

Value for money, good location
Pros:

Location, value for money and customer service.

Airport was 10 mins by cab. We hired scooter from the property which was the right choice and also necessary. There are no restaurants, grocery store or anything in the area. But, it’s 10mins by scooter to all the central area with all the restaurants and spas. It is also located centrally - 45 mins to north of the island where we visited vinpearl safari and 45 minutes to south of island where sun world cable car departure station is. There was also a beach just 10 minutes by scooter.

Room was really spacious, we had huge luggages as we travelled with our toddler but there was enough room to handle them comfortably . Kitchen was separated which was great. It was an easy to handle gas stove, I was able to comfortably cook for my kid. Swimming pool was clean and huge. We had a lot of fun chilling in the pool after roaming around south and north side.

The staff were really courteous and great. Always willing to help.

Cons:

There are no food options, not even coffee. In my opinion, breakfast is a necessity while on vacation and property should consider providing it soon.

It’s a 2-star property so expect only basic facilities. Bed was basic, bathroom was simple. And it floods after every bath and needs updation of the drainage system.

We chose the property for the location and it paid off. Also, very less options in phu quoc with kitchen . We needed it for our kid. For these reasons, we felt value for money .
