A complete disappointment.
The location is perfect, but everything else was unacceptable. The rooms were cold and damp, with no possibility to heat them — uncomfortable and far from cozy. Everything felt old and worn out. The price is completely unreasonable for what you get. Breakfast was practically non-existent. Definitely not worth the money.

simple check in.while there is no doubt this hotel has seen better days.my room was of a good size,clean and tidy with a bathroom that worked and a balcony over looking the square in o porrino making the location of this hotel good be it for o porrino or your on the caminho.

The woman who served me was so rude I couldnt actually believe it.
She should be ashamed of herself

While this hotel gets a bad press we found the rooms clean and functional.
Yes the heating was not on, it needs a lot of modernisation but for convenience and a good nights sleep ,it’s worth a 3 star review.
My companion also mentioned there was no hairdryer in the room but I guess we could have asked for one !!!
All in all worth a punt!

Great location but everything about it is awful. I am doing the El Camino for the second time and I stayed at this hotel for a second time too. Once bitten twice shy did not enter my thick head. A third vist - I don't think so....in fact, i KNOW I DON'T THINK SO. The room was cold, I asked him, (the rude barman/ receptionist) to turn on the heater. He nodded but didn't. The list goes on and on. Breakfast, 4 euros for a sweet croissant and a coffee. It's not the money, it's just daylight robbery. Last year I paid 40€ for the night, this year 50€. Now I am at Pontevedra and I am at the ALDA HOTEL. €45 for the night but OMG, what a difference. Warm room, a comfortable double bed, comfortable bedding and heated bathroom. Chalk and cheese. Do yourself a favour and FORGET PARQUE HOTEL in O Porrino. You will be highly disappointed, believe me !!!

Very central hotel in the middle of Porrino. The room was very functional. Quite spacious and with a large bathroom. Partially renovated. We did not have breakfast here but had it in their cafe downstairs. You could go elsewhere if you wish.
Very close to bars and restaurants.

Hotel Parque dons 4 stars on its facade. Don’t be fooled! This hotel was a complete let down. Everything was dull, dusty and worn out. The only reason I give it a rating at all is because I was tired and I needed a bed - plus the gentleman that worked in the bar had a good sense of humor and gave us a friendly greeting. The front desk receptionist was sour and gruff. Who ever gives out those hotel stars needs to revisit the Hotel Parque —— And beware of the elevator...it bumps and grinds you to the levels above ground level.

If doing the Camino a very good location. A basic hotel with excellent showers. Very efficient staff & a good breakfast. Very easy to find hotel as brown tiles on the outside. And staff are flexible. Thanks
