There is no paid shuttle. The guest need to pay for us for the airport shuttle. There are no family rooms. Only rooms for 2 person. there is no paid parking.

Amazing located between the chain bridge and castle hill. The room was very nice. There’s a lift to the 4th floor - then 1 set of stairs to Butik Apartments up a set of stairs on the 5th floor. Check-in instructions were easy to follow. Butik responded very quickly to queries via a sophisticated AI chatbot. One day I arrived back at my room and there was a human at the front desk who answered my questions with a smile. Apparently the desk is manner sporadically.
This was not an apartment as arvertised! There was no kitchen area, although there was a refrigerator. My understanding was that the room was supposed to have a view - that is, a window! There was no window, no view, although there was a skylight.
La posizione per visitare Budapest è ottima, ben servita dai mezzi e comoda per tutte le linee, poi la colazione convenzionata con hotel monastery è stata ottima e abbondante sia dolce che salata.
Non è facile trovare la camera considerando che ci vogliono codici, pin e tessere e nonostante tutto risulta essere un sottotetto lungo e stretto (la larghezza è quella del letto) e per metà stanza ci si picchia la testa, aero-illuminazione solo da due lucernari di cui uno si chiudeva male e l'altro aveva lo spiffero, cattivo odore nel bagno molto persistente, pulizie da rivedere in quanto non è stata aggiunta nemmeno la carta igienica e letto rifatto male, comunicazione obbligata quasi esclusivamente con chat IA. La gestione dei bagagli dopo il check out non è stata gestita per nulla nonostante avessero detto più volte che non c'erano problemi, quindi ce li siamo dovuti portare dietro l'ultimo giorno per problemi di ritiro e presenza di staff in "hotel".

Nagyon közel volt a rendezvényekhez amelyekre menni akartunk.
Nem volt jó a tv. Szinte állandóan érződött a csatorna bűze.
The room was clean and the location was amazing.
The room is really small and the wc is exactly next to the bed so there is no comfort or privacy. It’s ok if you travel alone but it’s really hard for 2 people
AC in room, nice TV screen for casting, nearby by Chain Bridge and landmarks, just 7 min walking, there is amazkng pizza place nearby only next to door, and 2 min a nice cafeh.
Breakfast is amazing
Self service is quite difficult; when I arrived it was hard to get key card until I texted and explained by video.
There aee stairs to get into elevator and also stairs to the apartment.
The price was higher, but good option i lf u want save time

rooms were fine and clean with aircon although weak
Incredibly difficult to get into the apartment for the first time, convoluted process to obtain all the information needed, lift was broken with no forewarning and the apartments are on the fifth floor. no dim lighting in the room which if you are sensitive to light makes evenings quite painful
