Buzdolabı yok olmayınca su yok inanılmaz zayıf kahvaltı sahibi hanımefendi istediğinizde cevaplıyor rutin havlu değişimi tuvalet kağıdı söylemeden yerine getirilmiyor otelin önünde inince resimle bağdaşan hiçbir şey yok yanlış geldik sandık. Üzgünüm iyi şeyler söylemek isterdim tek güzellik merkezde olması

Centrale, pulito e accogliente
Pros:

Di questa struttura leggerete che gode di un'ottima posizione e che dire...confermiamo! Centralissima, proprio dietro a una delle principali fermate di tram e bus per raggiungere l'aeroporto, la stazione e Nova Sarajevo e comodissima per raggiungere a piedi il nucleo storico della città vecchia. A due passi c'è panetteria, supermarket e in Kovaci street troverete ottime caffetterie, negozi di souvenir di qualità e poco più su ottimi piccoli locali per cenare. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo cambiato 3 camere e tutte e tre erano ordinate e pulite, con sistemazione quotidiana. La gestione è a conduzione familiare e tutti si sono dimostrati gentilissimi e cordiali. La colazione inclusa offre proposte dolci e salate, la scelta è adeguata.

Cons:

Purtroppo va segnalato che tutta la struttura è completamente inaccessibile ai diversamente abili, ci sono gradini per raggiungere la hall e manca ascensore per raggiungere le stanze. Inoltre, sarà apprezzabile se alcuni membri dello staff non fumassero nelle parti comuni soprattutto nelle ore serali/notturne a porte chiuse, perché purtroppo soprattutto al mattino l'odore di fumo si diffonde nei corridoi e nella hall ed è molto fastidioso.

Pros:

The location is perfect. Within 30 seconds of leaving the bus, and close to everything.
The staff are so accommodating and attentive. Cleaned every day ( I was only there for a few nights, so I had to tell them not to clean my room).
Comfortable bed with a view onto the main street.

Cons:

No coffee facilities in the room (but they do have it behind the reception desk, you just have to ask for it).

Hotel a gestione familiare. Come stare dagli zii Bosniaci!
Pros:

Piccolo Hotel a gestione familiare, in pieno centro storico, posizione fantastica. La struttura è tranquilla, aperta h24 e con personale “familiare”… ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Il bagno davvero da rivedere, fa molto stile anni 70. Anche “la struttura seppur in buono stato necessiterebbe di essere un po rimodernata. La colazione sul tavolo della reception con solo “pane e marmellata” per noi italiano risulta davvero scarsa.

Великолепное расположение, отель находиться у площади Сибиль, окна номера выходили прям на фонтан

Cons:

Номер был весь прокуренный, пахло постельное бельё, полотенца и в отеле курили везде
Также ночью слышалась вибрация или работала стиральная машина или генератор
Завтрак лучше не брать, он состоит из чая/растворимого кофе, сыр, колбаса, джем и булка
Всё холодное и очень мало

Pros:

Posizione ottima: nel centro storico, servito dai mezzi pubblici sia per muoversi in città che per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Struttura semplice ma accogliente. Speciale il risveglio all'alba per il canto del muezzin. Lo consiglio.

Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Wir waren direkt im Zentrum und alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt daneben waren viele Cafés und Restaurants.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind alt, unser Badezimmer hatte schlecht verarbeitetes Silikon, die Fenster gingen nicht auf, dass Frühstück war etwas dürftig und alles wirkte alt.
