Pros:

Hotel je na odlicnoj lokaciji sa parkingom. Udobni su kreveti i sobe su prostrane sa pogledom na bascarsiju.

Cons:

Boravak u hotelu Kovači bio je veliko razočaranje. Nakon 9 sati vožnje stigli smo u izrazito hladnu sobu. Uključili smo grijanje putem klime i čekali gotovo sat vremena da se soba barem djelomično zagrije, jer radijatori ne rade tijekom noći i dijela dana. To znači da smo se cijelo vrijeme morali grijati isključivo na klimu, što nije ugodno niti primjereno.
Frižider u sobi bio je isključen, a higijena je bila vrlo loša. Stari namještaj sam po sebi nije problem, ali čistoća bi trebala biti osnovni standard. Na madracu su bile vidljive smeđe mrlje, što je izuzetno neugodno. Mogli su barem staviti dodatnu plahtu kako bi se to prikrilo. Prekrivač je bio premalen, srećom imala sam vlastitu deku.
Prostor za doručak bio je također hladan, a vlasnici su cijeli dan hodali u jaknama unutar objekta, što dovoljno govori o temperaturi. Doručak je bio složen posvuda pa i na pultu recepcije i djelovao je neuredno i neorganizirano.
Sve u svemu, vrlo loše iskustvo i nažalost ne bih preporučila ovaj hotel.

Small hotel in the beautiful heart of Sarajevo.
Pros:

Location of the hotel was perfect! Right next to Baščaršija and the main tourist area of the old city; the location couldn't be better for a tourist visiting Sarajevo. The bed in my hotel room as very comfortable after a long day of traveling.

Cons:

Sound isolation of my room was lacking. I could hear basically everything from the hallway outside of my room. The sounds of doors opening, people walking and talking normally etc.

The property advertises a 24-hour front desk on booking.com. This was one of my criterias for hotel selection, as I had to check-out really early in the morning to catch a flight. When checking in, I was informed that the front desk is open from 7 to 23. This was a small dissapointment, as I would have liked to have the front desk order me a taxi.
