be honest with ur customers.

i booked room at booking.com that time showing price was 4500. when i reached at hotel receptioniest told me that ther is not any room availabel. then she told me if i want that room then price ill be 6500. so i leave the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was very much pleasant
Pros:

Food was excellent. Buffet lunch and dinner was also wonderful.
The hotel is located in the prime area of Saputara.

Our stay was enjoyable as well as memorable. Would like to visit again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but some changes are required. Chole and shabji served with puris required lot of improvement. The room size was adequate but bathroom door could not be locked from inside. Some light connections are not working because of broken wires. Such a big hotel should provide hand napkins alongwith bath towels. Staff was very cordial and helpful. Food served during lunch was very good. Location is excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast could be still better. It requires improvement. They should provide hand napkins or towels. They can also provide some bonfire during winter so that the guests may sit around and enjoy.
