Un chouette hôtel, bien placé avec tout ce qu’il faut
Pros:

Un excellent hotel !
L'accueil, le personnel est agréable et sympathique, les chambres sont fonctionnelles et bien agencées, il y a tout ce qu’il faut.

Le hall d’accueil est vraiment bien aménagé avec des boissons gratuite à disposition.

La position stratégique de l'hôtel à quelques pas de la gare, parfait !

Cons:

Le lit un rien petit pour deux personnes ! Mais comme souvent dans les hotels au Japon.

ロビーがきれい

Cons:

客室の天井が低く、部屋に入った瞬間嫌な感じがした。右ベッドの壁に茶色のシミ跡みたいのがあり気持ち悪かった。
朝食目当てに朝食プランで宿泊したが朝食の案内時間がわからなかったく電話をかけたところ11分前に受付終了しているとのことで朝食を食べることができなかった。
その後チェックアウト時にレストランから余った食材を大皿に山盛りに入れたスタッフが受付のバックヤードに入っていくのを偶然お見かけし2度がっかりした。

Pros:

駐車場の空きに関して、フロントの方ぁ親切にご配慮いただき、誘導案内や詳しい説明もあったので快適に過ごす事ができました。
また、朝食会場においてもホールスタッフの方が、こちらが声をかける前に小さなこども用の椅子やカトラリーが必要かどうか尋ねてくださったので嬉しかったです。

枕が自分には合わなかった様でした。

また福山に来た時はここへ泊まります

Pros:

部屋風呂が温泉で24時間入れるのは嬉しいです。
部屋も建物が離れているので、夜中でも温泉入れて入ったり、気兼ねなくくつろげました。
貸切風呂も広くてステキでした。
中庭で景色を見ながらの朝食は爽やかでした。
のんびりまったりしたい人には天国です。
海岸まで散歩感覚で歩いていけます。

Cons:

自動販売機が近くにないので、持ち込んだ飲み物が無くなったときは10分歩かないとありません。（ホットは色々飲める）
飲食店も数件しかありません。

Great - hope to return
Pros:

Very close to bus and train station. Rooms standard compact design with a desk and chair. Breakfast beautifully presented with a slight variation every day. Coffee available all day, and good coffee machine at breakfast. Very friendly helpful staff.

員工們都很nice, helpful

Cons:

無論有沒有自駕，進入酒店都必須行樓梯。 如果帶著很重的行李箱便會很無奈，但酒店職員會主動幫忙搬行李。
