Super Standort, sehr freundlich, wenig Parkplätze
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Wir hatten im Hotel etwas vergessen und sie haben es uns nach unserer Bitte direkt per Post versendet. Wir waren sehr dankbar.
Der Standort ist auch sehr gut direkt bei einer Postauto Station und auch zu Fuss zur Bahn oder Gondel gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze im Parkhaus waren alle besetzt (sind nicht viele) und wir mussten draussen parkieren. Die Einfahrt für das Parkhaus wurde so freigeschaufelt, dass unser Auto komplett blockiert war. Wir mussten zuerst 30Minuten den Schnee wegschaufeln, damit wir rausfahren konnten. Parkkosten: 20.- für 2 Nächte.

Die Reception ist ab ca. 21 Uhr geschlossen.

Prix excessif comme un hotel luxueux alors que bien que la literie soit de qualité, tout le reste est basique, on se croirait plutôt dans une auberge de jeunesse que dans un hôtel a presque 300 francs la nuit, petit déjeuner au plateau.... chambre tres basique, pas de décoration, meuble stratifié. Tres décevant

Clean and quiet accomodation
Pros:

Location was excellent

Cons:

Twin beds were too narrow
Bathroom utilities such as shampoo and body wash were the same as hand wash.
No kettle in the room

Sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption, sie war sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Tolles Zimmer, sauber, schlicht aber komfortabel eingerichtet.

Pros:

Colazione a buffet. Ottima, c'era essenziale per una colazione. Anche la cena alla sera devo dire che c'era una vasta scelta di cose.

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Essen als Menü aber wirklich gut und für diese Lage prima Preis 30 Fr.
Am Zimmer gab es nichts zu meckern, Bett war für ein Einzelzimmer richtig gross 👍
Parkplatz war auch völlig unkompliziert.

Pros:

Rapport qualité / prix décevant. Bcp trop cher par rapport à l offre. Chambre petite, sans bouilloire à café, sas minibar, lits OK, mais vieux. Salle dd bains moderne et refait. Petit déjeuner très bien. Mais définitivement trop cher.

Cons:

Le prix ou alors améliorer l équipement des chambres.

Fantastic location - perfect for winter sports lovers as well as lovers of beautiful landscapes.
Pros:

Fabulous location just down the hill from the historic bobsled run. Very convenient and easy to find. The staff was friendly and the interiors clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was a very strong smell of chlorine bleach in the bedroom. The lobby and dining room are beautifully updated and decorated, while the sleeping room has relatively shabby furniture and felt a bit like a dormitory.

Totale delusione, un'esperienza da non consigliare ne ripetere
Pros:

Non è mia abitudine scrivere recensioni negative, ma in questo caso farò un'eccezione in quanto siamo rimasti delusi e amareggiati per come il personale ha gestito le nostre osservazioni e richieste. È importante specificare che ho soggiornato in questo Hotel per una settimana con mio figlio e quindi la predisposizione all'adattamento era molto alta fin dall'inizio. Abbiamo scelto l'Hotel per la sua posizione strategica vicino agli impianti sciistici e basandoci sulle fotografie pubblicate su booking. Prima di partire ho deciso di chiamare l'Hotel per accertarmi che la camera scelta fosse sufficientemente grande per ospitare due persone che dormono in letti separati e che portano con se l'attrezzatura da sci per una settimana. Mi è stato garantito che la camera fosse grande e che non avremmo avuto alcun problema relativo al confort richiesto. Così non è stato ...

Cons:

la camera non era neanche paragonabile a quella delle foto che sono attualmente ancora pubblicate su booking. Alla mia rimostranza mi è stato risposto che le foto non corrispondono a nessuna stanza del loro Hotel. Ma a parte questa risposta che ritengo assolutamente fuori da ogni logica relazionale, la camera era talmente piccola che i letti singoli non sono riusciti nemmeno a separarli. Inoltre l'armadio era talmente piccolo che abbiamo vissuto con tutte le attrezzature da sci per una settimana sull'unico tavolo della stanza. Immaginatevi la confusione e il disordine. I letti sono scomodissimi, il materasso è sfondato e la struttura deteriorata come buona parte della struttura alberghiera che necessità di una maggiore manutenzione (vedi foto allegate). Alla mia richiesta di sostituirlo mi è stato risposto che avrebbero informato la governante. Nulla di fatto è cambiato durante il soggiorno. Ad aumentare il disagio il caldo soffocante della stanza (la sera dovevamo svegliarci e aprire la finestra per far entrare aria fresca), la colazione molto povera (ad esempio l'unico succo era confezionato e d'arancia), la trascuratezza del personale e una totale mancata predisposizione a trovare delle soluzioni o perlomeno ad ascoltare il cliente. Ci siamo sentiti ignorati e per nulla considerati nelle nostre richieste. Viaggio tanto e vi posso garantire che il prezzo richiesto è almeno 3 volte il servizio che abbiamo ricevuto.

Excelente café da manhã.
Pros:

Gostamos muito do hotel, apesar de estar fora de Saint Moritz. Achei que seria mais central. Mas aprendemos a usar o ônibus e conseguimos nos locomover.
