Pros:

Выбираем этот отель не первый раз. Соответствие цены и качества. Огромная благодарность Ферхаду!!! Когда он на рецепшине - все вопросы решаются моментально. Отзывчивый персонал, честный ( на самом деле убедились). Отличное месторасположение. Номера уютные. Обязательно приедем ещё не раз.

Cons:

Хотелось бы в номера чашки, чайник и стаканы. Но и это решаемо.

Great place!! 10/10
Pros:

Price - quality Top!! The personal were very friendly and kind, beds really comfy, hot water, heater and even AC. There is also all types of public transport by walking distance, you can reach the metro, tram and busses. There are a lot of restaurants and stores around. Breakfast was also really good, they have a variety of food and drinks. I can only recommend this place. I stayed 4 nights 5 days for reference.
