Size of the room really exceeds my expectation. Very comfortable. Since the hotel is located in the mall, it's very easy to get food. This is an advantage because during Eid El Fitr holiday, hotel doesn't provide food, except for breakfast.
1. The white hotel towels and bathroom mat has turned to greyish white. Those need to be replaced immediately.
2. Some of the facilities also need to be repaired or added. The bathroom door can't be closed, and has no lock that can shut the door.
3. Bathroom walls are made of thick glasses. Seems like those are not maintained well.
4. To reach the hotel lobby, guests have to go through mall from lower ground (which closed outside mall operating hour) or walk through the quiet mall to reach parking lot on the same floor with the hotel. No direct access to hotel lobby. It's a bit scary because mall is very quiet when it's still closed
5. No disteiibution of parking spaces for hotel guests, mall guests, motorcycles, cars, tennant vehicals, or cinema visitors . All mix up. You have to struggle to get a space for your car during mall operating hour. Or is this just happened during Eid El Fitr holiday?
