Pros:

They provide free water, tea, coffee.

Cons:

The room is not really clean. No doormat in front of bathroom. So you will go to the room with wet foot from bathroom.
The table is sticky. The linen and towel is need to change with the proper one.

Pros:

The room was pretty clean however they should really get a new bedsheets cause it's full of stain and it looks dirty.
