It is ridiculous how your staff can disturb me at almost 1 am just to say I’m being loud while it’s not even that loud to literally come up to the place I booked. I spent money on it, I’m not staying free of charge for your people to mindlessly disturb me at night. Before that, I could not invite a person to my place, which could be fair, if they explained things clearly, but they did not and could not even show any policies to ensure their words, rather just being disrespectful to me and my guest; making up rules that are not even written in the hotel’s policy just to embarrass us. Your staff can not only provide any professional assistance but also some basic needs for a person to live in this place, such as spoons, shampoo and so on.

In general, very trashy hotel in a horrible location with some of the worst service staff I’ve ever seen after visiting almost 50 countries. Avoid this place at all cost!

The staff were very kind. They have kindly helped us find a transportation from Tashkent to Samarkand. Furthermore, they made a free lunch for us during the travel!

Good Hotel value for money recommend any day, Great Hotel Rooms are big comfortable great swimming pool Sauna Spa Pool table Table tennis all good facilities great location and wonderful humble helpful reception staff
Outside restaurant is excellent and food quality is top class
Mexriniso at reception very eager to help with smile 10/10 & also Umarxon at Reception all are ever helpful with smiles

Ibrat guy in reception is one genius helpful guy 10/10 always offer tea water drink soon as you arrive at reception
Restaurant staff need to be more humble helpful don’t speak English very hard to explain things
One big disappointment Top floor loud music spoils all , 4th floor rooms are very much noisy with loud music they need to fix it

We were staying in the hotel one week in September 22.
It's a four star hotel close to Tashkent zoo.
I'll mention here what i liked and didn't like.
Room: we had a room no 305 with a blind window.
Window into wall which is not a superb view of course. They have tea and coffee in the room.
Hotel itself is not in the center and the best way to get there is taxi.
Bathroom: convenient with shower gel and even tooth brush ready for you.
Pool: very nice, really recommend it in the morning before breakfast.
Stuff: friendly, speaking many languages, helpful.
Cleaning: three days we didn't have any cleaning.
On the fourth day when we asked, they cleaned the garbage bins in the room.
Towels they also clean when you ask.
Fitness room: it has very bad conditioning and ventilation system. I tried to run once but because of lack of the fresh air didn't do anymore.
Restaurant: we all the time had dinner at the restaurant in the evening. Excellent.
Turkish shef cook deserves highest recommendation. Food was tasty, fresh, quickly served and not expensive.
We were paying for food during check out.
Service, tips were already included into bill.
Quietness: keep in mind that they have parties sometimes. Then the restaurant is fully booked, they have music on. Sometimes it was noisy but usually they stop partying around 11-12.
