Top concept met privé zwembad. Geen maaltijden boeken.
Pros:

Ligging dicht tegen de zee. Wat verstopt in kleine straatjes.
Privé zwembad is een heel fijne troef.
We hadden een kamer onderaan met een douche in openlucht, heel fijn!

Cons:

Personeel was wat onhandig en Engels verliep moeizaam.
Ontbijt en diner was inbegrepen maar niks wordt ter plaatse bereid. Wordt geleverd met een scooter en dan op borden gelegd. Werkt heel vertragend en eten is koud.

I loved the stay, wish the kitchen was open for a little longer.

Rettentően kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak a legapróbb dolgokkal kapcsolatban bármikor baj akadt azonnal megoldották.

Disappointing experience from start to finish.

The private pool, location and parking is convenient.

Cons:

This was our first stay in the south of Sri Lanka after two weeks of traveling, and unfortunately it was our first/last disappointing experience.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were extremely poor. There was no assistance with luggage up the stairs, no welcome drink, and despite a 2pm check-in time, the pool was still not cleaned after we arrived.

The biggest issue was the bathroom. The shower drain was blocked and flooded the entire bathroom with a very bad odour. We reported it immediately, but after a 30mins wait, staff attempted a quick fix that didn't work. The problem continued throughout our stay, with repeated delays in assistance and multiple staff members entering the room, leaving us with little privacy to shower, change, or relax.

We requested a room change, but were told no other rooms were available. By the end, we felt the accommodation was not fit for the purpose it was booked for. We requested a refund so we could find alternative accommodation, but this was refused.

If you're simply looking for a place to sleep, there are likely better options available with good service.

Premium quality rooms but terrible food.
Pros:

Premium property with private pool in the room was the best attraction.

Cons:

We were just given 2 water bottles a day and they were 500ml bottles which is very less considering the weather. They wanted to charge more per extra water bottle. Being a premium 4 star property, the food was disappointing. The fruits we received along were colourless and tasteless. Not expected from a premium property like this. The staff seemed overworked because u can see the same faces in the morning as well as night but they’re still there to greet u with a smile always. The receptionist was still helpful as I asked him to just fill my personal water bottle rather than giving me new bottles and charging me for that.
