Pros:

I really loved everything here! Perfect room with a comfortable bed and spacious own swimming pool. Location is also perfect, right next to city center and the beach, on a peaceful little alley. Wenuka, the hotel manager, was really nice and helpful with everything - the best customer service I’ve had in Sri Lanka! 🥰

Een prachtig en stijlvol verblijf met een ontspannen en luxe sfeer.
Pros:

De accommodatie was echt prachtig en stijlvol ingericht. Alles zag er heel verzorgd en luxe uit, en de sfeer was erg ontspannen. De kamers waren comfortabel en mooi afgewerkt, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte.

Cons:

Bijna alles was top in orde. Alleen de voordeur sloot niet heel lekker af waardoor we het verblijf niet heel goed konden afsluiten.

Cons:

We booked two rooms and asked for the rooms to be near each other. Initial communication with the property was responsive and professional. When we arrived at the premises, we paid for the rooms and got issued keys. One room was upstairs and one was outside the complex in a local street. Neither of the rooms was as portrayed in the photos, had adequate locks on the doors and we generally did not feel safe at this location. So we indicated to the property that we were not going to stay and wanted to cancel our booking (noting that we were happy to pay for one night's accommodation on each room so they were not out of pocket. They would not refund our payment at that time. After that, the property ignored all communication from myself (Whatsapp, emails, via Booking.com). I had to escalate a request for the refund of the remaining cost directly with booking.com. The property continued to ignore booking.com making it difficult to get this resolved. I received my refund 3 months after our planned stay.

Suite avec piscine privée, le logement était au top tout comme le personnel. Proximité immédiate de la plage et du centre-ville. Je recommande vivement !
