Pros:

Goede locatie, fijn privezwembad, schone kamers en goede faciliteiten. Op verzoek hebben ze onze kamer leuk gedecoreerd voor een special moment, ook nog tegen een meerprijs. Zou hier zeker nog eens terugkomen!

Pros:

It was so lovely, the room was huge with a massive shower, the private pool was incredible, and the staff was super kind and helpful and organized our transfer to the next hotel. Close to the main shops and restaurants, less than 5 minutes from the beach.

Great place to relax in a private pool
Pros:

Booked the room with a private pool , one of the best, really worth it , a great place to unwind and relax. Room is very comfortable, all amenities provided. The food served at the restaurant is good. There is a beach 04min walk away, the bus station is very nearby.

Very Unprofessional and Disrespectful Housekeeping Behavior

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

We stayed at Anama by Qveen Mountain Hotel in Tangalle on March 5. Our checkout time was 12:00 PM and we had booked the room for two people.

When we went outside for a short time and returned to the hotel, we were shocked to see that the housekeeping staff had removed all of our personal belongings from the room and placed them outside without informing us.

Even if guests are a little late for checkout, hotel staff should never touch or remove guests’ personal belongings without permission. The proper way would be to contact the guests first or politely remind them about checkout.

This behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It made us feel that our privacy and personal property were not respected at all.

I strongly recommend that the hotel management properly train their staff to treat guests with respect. This was a very bad experience and something that should never happen to any guest.
