Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Das Zimmer machte insgesamt einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Der Fußboden und Heizkörper waren verschutzt, Die Duschabtrennung wies sichtbare Schimmelspuren auf. Zudem war der Ablauf des Waschbeckens verstopft. Für eine Vier-Sterne-Unterkunft hätte ich einen wesentlich besseren Zustand und mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Aufgrund des insgesamt mangelhaften Sauberkeitseindrucks im Zimmer hatte ich ehrlich gesagt keinen Appetit auf das angebotene Frühstück. Insgesamteine enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Lage am Tharandter Wald

Cons:

Am Sonntag morgen wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich mit Hund nicht frühstücken könne, ich solle die Hunde während dessen ins Auto bringen (es waren bereits 32° Außentemperatur) oder am Geländer der Terasse anbinden, wenn ich mir aus dem Frühstücksraum Essen holen wolle. Die Terasse war hoch gelegen, die Stäbe des Geländers weit auseinander. Das Frühstück wurde am Samstag abend, bei Ankunft im Besein der beiden Hunde (1 davon 16 Wochen alt), Alternativ solle ich die Hunde allein im Zimmer lassen. Es befand sich zu dem Zeitpunkt kein weiterer Gast (mehr) beim Frühstück. Frühstück wurde dann von mir storniert und erst auf ausfrückliches Verlangen bei Abreise heute erstattet. Die Dame am Thresen war ab da extrem unfreundlich.
Nach Ankunft Sonntag Abend stank das Bad extrem nach Gülle. Daraufhin schloss ich den Stöpsel des Waschbeckens (der Gestank blieb leider), musste aber später feststellen, dass sich dieser nicht mehr lösen ließ. Das Waschbecken konnte deshalb nicht mehr benutzt werden, da das Wasser nicht mehr ab lief! Zähne putzen überm (fremdem) Klo ist schon extrem ekelig. Da die Rezeption abends nicht mehr besetzt war, versuchte ich gleich morgens eine Klärung mit dem Herrn an der Rezeption. Dies war nicht möglich, da er (plötzlich) kein Deutsch sprach. Die Dame vom Vortag war hörbar in einem anderen Zimmer (er unterhielt sich mit ihr), wurde von ihm aber zwecks Klärung nicht hinzugezogen. .
Der Parkplatz und Eingangsbereich war sehr ungepflegt (Müll, Tierkot).
Zudem stand die Eingangstür zum Hotel die ganze Nacht deutlich offen (lässt sich offenbar nicht richtig ranziehen geschweige denn abschließen). Dies gab zumindest mir (allein reisend) ein extremes Unsicherheitsgefühl.

Czysty, przytulny pensjonat, doskonale się sprawdził na jedną noc podczas podróży w głąb Niemiec. Byliśmy z rodziną bardzo zadowoleni. Przyjechaliśmy późno wieczorem, klucz i formularz osobowy leżał w recepcji, tak więc bezproblemowo trafiliśmy do pokoju. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Polecam

Wij hebben 3 nachten beboekt, de locatie vonden we minder belangrijk.
De ontvangst was niet echt vriendelijk maar bij de vraag naar de wificode werd er 15 euro PER PERSOON EN PER DAG GEVRAAGD maar na enige discutie werd dit teruggebracht naar 30 euro voor ons verblijf. NOOIT MEEGEMAAKT. 0/10
De kamer was 7/10 maar er was geen schoonmaak en zelfs de handdoeken werden niet vervangen dus 0/10
Het ontbijt was matig goed rekening houdend met de matige prijs maar de producten waren de eerste 2 dagen niet al te fris meer 2/10
Het restaurant was verhouderd maar aanvaardbaar net als de ontbijtruimte.Gans het gebouw heeft vroeger wel zeer mooi geweest. 7/10
De bediening in het restaurant was totaal onaanvaardbaar, een restaurant onwaardig.1/10 en de kwaliteit van het eten was ondermaats 2/10
