Disappointing, but okay for a day.
Pros:

Location was very convenient

Cons:

Staff behavior was rude, only one towel provided for two persons. Water heater was not working properly. Non-AC room had poor ventilation. Bedbugs and mosquitoes were plenty, need to exterminate

Actually we didn't get breakfast, because we left the room around 7.00 am. You should server the breakfast from 7.00 am in the morning onwards

Cons:

Availability of hot water was an issue….. The hot water pipes were not functioning at the right time; but, the front office clarified that one should wait for 5 min for the free supply of hot water. Still, this could have been conveyed before.
