Bonito pero muy mejorable.
Pros:

El hotel es encantado, ambiente inglea tipo victoriano, muy atractiva.

Cons:

En General está mal mantenido la piscina no se puede utilizar, agua social, las zonas del jardin no están limpias. Creo que estaba solo en el hotel, te entregan las llaves de la entrada y de ña habitación, si quieres algo tienes que llamar a un movil si es verdad que la atencion es buena.

Der Palacio ist eigentlich ein Kleinod, wenn er nicht so vernachlässigt wäre.

Cons:

Leider ist der schöne Garten total ungepflegt und vernachlässigt. Das Schwimmbad wurde nicht sauber gemacht, die Wege und Plätze im Garten waren dick mit vertrocknetem Laub bedeckt, sogar Tierkot lag auf dem Weg und wurde nicht entfernt. Tische, Stühle und Liegen im Garten waren ungepflegt und wurden nicht sauber gehalten.
Das Reinigungspersonal scheint sich auf die Zimmer zu konzentrieren, die allgemeinen Räumlichkeiten werden vernachlässigt. Das Reinigungspersonal geht mit Eimern, Reinigungsmitteln und Wischern beim Frühstück mitten durch den Frühstücksraum.
Wir reisten bei 38° an und fanden noch nicht einmal eine Wasserflasche in unserem Zimmer vor. Die junge Dame war sehr erstaunt, als wir nachfragten und gab uns 2 Miniflaschen.
Das Frühstück muss extra bezahlt werden. Pro Person gibt es ein kleines aufgebackenes Brötchen, 1 kleines Croissant und 1 kleines Stück Kuchen. Dazu gibt es jeweils 1 Scheibe Käse und Kochschinken sowie Marmelade.
Am 2. Tag hat man uns dann doch noch Naturyoghurt und Rührei angeboten. Der Kaffee wurde in einer großen Kanne serviert, es waren aber immer nur 1,5 Tassen pro Person drin. Ansonsten gab es gechlortes Leitungswasser und preiswert schmeckenden Orangensaft.
Hier fehlt es dringend an einer gastfreundlicheren Vorgehensweise!
Die Anfahrt ist schwierig.

Pros:

Es un lugar diferente a cualquier otro. Un palacio que conserva su esencia y la decoración y te hace sentir en otro mundo. La zona jardín es sorprendente y relajante.

Lugar tranquilo, duermes en un palacio pero necesita mejoras.
Pros:

Es un antiguo palacio con salas llenas de antigüedades. Muy tranquilo para descansar y cerca del centro de Trujillo

Cons:

Las camas no son cómodas y la habitación doble que nos dieron en planta baja olía mucho a humedad y de no estar bien ventilada. Ofertan piscina pero está descuidada.
Por eso le doy un 7. Entiendo que puede resultar complicado mantener un edificio tan singular.

Lo mejor del hotel es la belleza del propio edificio y la ubicación.
La única persona con la que tratamos yí que nos atendió en todo momento, fue muy agradable y muy diligente.

Cons:

Para empezar el agua de la piscina estaba bastante turbia, la zona de jardín descuidada.
No nos bañamos por el aspecto que tenía el agua.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente y el desagüe del plato de ducha estaba atascado.
Es una auténtica pena que un sitio tan precioso presente estas deficiencias en mantenimiento.
Había una sola persona para todo; recepción, desayunos...
