Nothing is good they are just bluffing people on booking .com by showing good pics in real there is nothing like this , they harassed me to show them email from bookings.vom besides the usual email we get . I wont recommend anyone to stay at thishotel .
Room very big and comfy
We booked a transfer from and to the airport with the reception but upon our arrival nobody was there waiting for us.
I've called the hotel (seems the person who reply was sleeping) and they told me they do not know anything about it - they neither find our booking. We had to find and take a taxi. Upon check-in it takes more than 10 minutes to find our reservation and the person feel not so sorry about the inconvenience of the taxi. Being early morning I was expecting like free early check-in or free breakfast to compensate. NOTHING: we had to pay for everything.
Working in hospitality I know very well how to assist a guest and this staff do not know how to do.
At night we check-ed out and the person at the reception was sleeping. He do not notice our check-out and the hotel called us the day after to ask about our check-out date (seems they do not know how info about our booking).
I do suggest to have some better trained person at the reception in order to avoid these situations.

Good Location. Clean room.
Menu appears to be limited and not much choice for breakfast. Menu needs to be worked on as quite a number of guests were
not dining there. Tables not cleaned properly.
Staff was good and the room is really clean and comfortable
Room cleaning for guests staying for more than a day can be more streamlined.
Breakfast may be with some more items. There may be some display of fruits with juices.
The path from main road to the lane should improve upto hotel premises. The path is not clean and not suitable for old persons with walking difficulties. At least, pathway should be there for wheel chair operations.
