Stay was awesome
Pros:

I came to mumbai for explore varanasi city, the rooms is so nicely decorated, there are in house kitchen so we are order so many food on reasonable tariff, my stay was comfortable

Very poor location.
Worst experience.
Plenty of mosquitoes and on asking for repellent they asked to switch on the fan in the month of December.

The front desk denied our booking even though we had called them 2 hours prior of reaching, and they said the booking is confirmed. After reaching there with my family and 2 one year old kids, they said the rooms are not available. They tried selling us a more expensive room.

The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots.

the only thing that I liked was the washrooms were clean ..the hotel overall was clean

I had to ask for everything..the rooms were not ready despite we checking in around 10 pm..the AC seems it was like fan blower…there was no remote…there was no complimentary water as well…I had to ask them to give it for the 2 days stay and the person at the reception was like we don’t offer complimentary water..breakfast was awful…it was like having dinner…oily ..they served us poori bhaji and the bhaji was a punjabi dish like paneer mix veg…during my stay I also noticed that the hotel is also used for oyo activities by couples ..I saw three couples taking the room for a couple of hours …I don’t mind that but it’s a bit awful in front of a family….and the distance from the main city is a bit far ..
