Bon ,chaud et relaxant
Pros:

Un beau séjour avec accès aux pistes facile. Le parking de l'hôtel à proximité. Un local pour les skis facile d'accès. Une borne de forfait dans l'hôtel. Des navettes devant l'hôtel
Le personnel est très gentil et sympathique. Un beau buffet pour le petit-déjeuner avec du choix salé et sucré. On y reviendra . Le calme avant tout....
Pour les arrivées hors ouverture de l'accueil, on nous explique bien comment récupérer la clé de notre chambre.

Cons:

De partir pour 10 heure , c'est un peu tôt.

Good but not very good
Pros:

The staff is friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our room wasn't very clean; the bathroom fans didn't work, which caused a musty smell. The TV also didn't work. The pool water wasn't hot, and even then, the cleanliness wasn't great.

Qualità/prezzo: non ci siamo. Staff 10 e lode!
Pros:

Staff delizioso, disponibile e sorridente :) Struttura pulita, molto disponibili ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Non parlano italiano ma danno il massimo per aiutare nella comunicazione.

Cons:

Struttura da ristrutturare, urgentemente visto il prezzo. Tubazioni nei bagni a vista, letti scomodi, aerazione del bagno rotta, porte che chiudono male e lasciano passare i rumori.
