Life long wonderful memories made in varanasi
Pros:

The location and the staff were incredible thwy helped us with everything we needed from transport boat rides and walking tours. Could not have asked for anything more. We stayed during Shivaratti an amazing experience

Pros:

La localisation est très agréable avec un accès direct au ghat.
Le restaurant sur le roof top est bon et la vue est très sympa. Le personnel du restaurant très disponible.

Cons:

La chambre était très sombre et petite. Certaines prises ne fonctionnent pas.

Great little guest house for a short stay
Pros:

Great location and roof top restaurant overlooking the Ganga. Restaurant on the rooftop was great as was the staff.

Cons:

Room is a good size but basic, bathroom is tiny and shower don’t bother with it..I literally couldn’t use it.

Fajn ubytování pro Varanasí
Pros:

Terasa s výhledem, lokalita, čistota, možnost restaurace. Kdybychom zas jeli do Varanasí, určitě bychom spali v tomto hotelu.

Cons:

Snídaně by měla být lepší. Dostali jsme jiný pokoj, než jsme si, dle fotek, mysleli (ale lišil se jen barvami na stěnách, jinak byl skvělý).

Brilliant location & balcony; views exceeded expectations. Staff couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. Food & service very good.

Cons:

Rather cramped bedroom & poor shower but balcony & fantastic views made up for this! Electrics querky - apart from bathroom light on/off switches only worked outside bedroom door.

Une très bonne adresse pour découvrir tranquillement Bénérès/Varanasi et Sarnath
Pros:

Exceptionnellement situé pour découvrir, du balcon ou de la terrasse, les ghâts de Bénérès. Chambre très agréable, spacieuse avec grand balcon. Restaurant et petit déjeuner en terrasse, personnel très agréable. Transfert des bagages assuré par l'hôtel ce qui constitue un vrai plus compte tenu des travaux en cours dans la ville et même lorsque l'on part très tôt le matin.

Le service de bateau proposé par l'hôtel un peu cher

Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel ! L’emplacement est idéal, en plein sur les ghats, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de la vie culturelle et spirituelle de cette ville. La vue depuis notre chambre était à couper le souffle, un véritable régal pour les yeux à tout moment de la journée.
L’hôtel est impeccable : chaque espace est d’une propreté irréprochable, et cela rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible, ils ont su rendre notre expérience chaleureuse et sans stress.
L'accueil à l'aéroport parfait ainsi que l'aide pour nos valises car il faut marcher 15mn pour joindre l'hôtel par des rues piétonnes.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation.

Great location but in need of freshening up
Pros:

Overwhelmingly the location. It is 2 mins walk to important ghats and evening ceremony. The fact that they assisted us getting there and departing by carrying our bags for at least 15 mins to and from our transport through crowded alleys swarming with people.
Reception staff were always helpful

Cons:

Quite a bit. It is expensive to visit but the place looks and feels underinvested. Rooms are tired, have overused bed linen, lack decor, poor showers and the plumbing smells.
The dining room too disappoints. Unmotivated staff. Quite a few of us were kept waiting for a long time on departure day whilst they chatted to each other. Uninspiring food too. It needs an overhaul.
