Da simpatia dos funcionários, do jantar e do espaço histórico.

As casas de banho precisam de remodelação, sobretudo substituir a banheira pelo chuveiro. .

Do atendimento, da simpatia e da disponibilidade dos colaboradores. O quarto era fantástico. O pequeno almoço foi ótimo. Sentimos uma paz espiritual.

Cons:

Penso que no restaurante, existem pratos a melhorar. O prato de cação estava bom, o bife muito básico e o brownie de chocolate estava completamente seco, foi uma desilusão.

Peaceful and quiet luxury in Arraiolos
Pros:

The setting of this Pousada was absolutely beautiful including the surrounding park and the church. The room was clean and comfortable and to wake up with birdsong was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Very safe and nearby parking.

The location is incredible and a unique place to stay.

It needs some maintenance. Some doors don’t open completely. There was some nails on the floor. The windows on the indoor pool were very dirty.

Sfeervol verblijf met fantastisch ontbijt

Uitgebreid ontbijt, fijn binnenzwembad (het buitenzwembad was nog te koud), vriendelijk personeel, prachtig gebouw, smaakvol ingericht als hotel

Cons:

Als je wat slecht ter been bent, zijn de vele trapjes in het gebouw wat lastig, mede omdat er vaak een trapleuning ontbreekt.

Falta de promoção do centro hípico. Apenas nos apercebemos do mesmo já quando estávamos de saída. Teria sido um ótimo e diferenciador programa, poder ter disfrutado com as crianças.
- O ar condicionado das habitações não é completamente regulável. Aparentemente há uma regulação central Inverno - Verão e como tal, num dia quente de Primavera não é possível refrescar o quarto. Resultado: quartos abadados durante o dia e durante a noite.
- Sauna desligada e necessita ser ligada para usufruto. No entanto é possível o cliente liga-la e voltar 15m depois para usufruir.
- Poderia beneficiar de uma zona de bar para convivio. Existe serviço de bar perto do restaurante. Serve, mas não estando anunciado, não convida a um momento de socialização entre hóspedes.
