Fantastic Hosts
Pros:

A fantastic stay with lovely hosts, always available if we needed anything at all, nothing was too much trouble, very comfortable beds, Malc was lovely, always made time to chat with us, we would most definitely stay here again

Great New Year Stay, Will be Back....
Pros:

The owner and staff were amazing... everything replenished every day and 10.30am check out much better than 10am.

Cons:

Could have done with heating on, even low for longer.... and some extra pillows in the wardrobe to use as I like 3-4 pillows, granted I never asked for extra either. Both VERY small things as the stay was amazing.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Staff are lovely and welcoming very clean and lovely and warm it’s like home from home we’ve stayed in many hotels in Blackpool and this one is our favourite

Every single thing can not fault anything, mick and malcom are so welcoming, malcom is just so cute and lovely man he bends over backwards for you nothing is too much trouble anything you need he sorts, the location was brilliant rooms we nice, I'll definitely be staying here again, and parking is great they direct you right to a space just brilliant experience from start to finish.

Okay stay wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Good location, walkable distance, beds comfortable.

Cons:

Didn't like that the owners waited up for you, felt.like you had a curfew and that the room was dirty (floor) think previous guests had a dog as their was pet hair and could.tell due to allergies.
