Lovely hosts great place to stay clean & comfy

Great Comfortable Quirky place to stay with a lovely host
Pros:

The room was lovely with a very comfy bed and quality bed linen. The room was very quirky with fun decorations and pictures. Lovely tea and coffee facility with extra available on the landing. Good to have off road parking. The tram stop was directly opposite.

Cons:

The windows were very dirty on the outside not good for a sea view room. The shower cubicle was a little mouldy around the base and the actual shower was a bit hit and miss with hot water - either scalding or cold.

Very comfortable, very clean. Parking available, close to tram stop. Very friendly owners excellent breakfast good information about what was available.

Cons:

The property was fine only disadvantage it doesn’t have a lift and stairs quite steep but we managed

Beautiful place in the best location
Pros:

In a fabulous location first of all… directly across from the beach with a tram stop right across the road. Second we had a lovely view of the pleasure beach. Was right next door to the Big Blue and Boulevard. The place was beautiful and very clean, staff were friendly and the bed was so comfy too I had such a good sleep. Would 100% stay again.
