Lovely stop over on our journey to the islands via Skye - would highly recommend it ❤️

Great location- lovely cabin - well designed and had everything you need

Cons:

I would have liked to leave the dog for an hour in the cabin to eat in the lovely restaurant - we have a very well behaved Labrador but don’t like taking him to restaurants because he loves people and loves food even more so he tends to be very curious to see who will give in to his big puppy eyes and feed him 😂😂😂

Pros:

All lovely. Great location, easy to walk to town for different food choices, but the food in the hotel was excellent. Room and en-suite both lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer.

Cons:

Es wirkt nicht familiär, und im Zimmer fehlten etliche liebevolle Details, wie etwa Ablageflächen im Bad (dort fehlte auch eine Steckdose) oder in der Dusche, dort gab es auch kein Shampoo. Insgesamt war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

We stayed at the Manse and went to the clearly signed reception, where there was no one on duty, and no one around. After waiting 10 or more minutes we went outside and saw the restaurant block. On walking there we discovered this was where we should book in. It would have helped if there was a notice to this effect at the entrance of the Manse. It didn;t create a food first impression, but pleased to say our overnight B & B stay proved excellent

Fab few days in Skye
Pros:

Stayed in the Manse and our room view was amazing.
Room and facilities were great. Bonus that we could eat at the sprig restaurant.
Food delicious and staff friendly and helpful.
