Nu teste vina hotelului, dar cand cei cazati acolo coboara la parter ( erau 2 scaune pentru fumat ) vorbesc foarte tare si trebuie sa auzi ce au facut toata ziua ( am fost cazat la et.1 ), la ora 11 noaptea,, este deranjant!
West Plaza Residence's main positive boons are, to my opinion, the friendly and efficient staff, the immaculately clean and spacious rooms and the fine breakfast.
Walls are not sound proof, and plugs are difficult to reach under the bedside tables. Wifi was weak and intermittent.

The cleaning was done daily in a quickly manner. Location near the commercial center. Since our previous trip, a kettle has been added as room equipment.
Breakfast was average - as the last time we visited the hotel , there were not many options to choose from. We would have preferred more fruits and vegetables.
In the room, coffee and tees were not refilled daily. However, 3 teas and 4 coffees were available in the room on the first day of our trip. Stuff was polite and cleaning service really efficient.
Overall, very good customer experience - the hotel really worked on the weak points and provided an above-average service for a 3 star hotel.
