Inexpensive and perfectly comfortable.
Pros:

Everything was fine at the Gascoyne - rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Good shower. Simple breakfast but good options. Therese is friendly and welcoming. What more do you need?

Always have liked the location and pricing. You get what you pay for.
Pros:

The location and pricing and beds are great!

Cons:

The kitchen cupboard fell off. The bedroom Furniture needs upgrading. Better to not have furniture than have tacky furniture. The 'desk' needs to be dropped in height for it to be functional as a desk.
