Perfekte Lage
Great breakfast with lots of choices cooked to order.

The Hotel was tired and in need of updating / refreshing - particularly the guest rooms.
The glass in our patio door had been smashed by a previous guest but the room was still given to us. Slightly concerned that the glass might fall out / shatter and cause injury if the door banged or was inadvertently walked into.
The room had been repaired. Everything was brilliant. Fast registration. After discharge, it was possible to even use the pool and hotel lobby benefits. A good place nearby from the beach.

Hotellet specielt værelserne var meget nedslidte, skabene kunne ikke åbnes/lukkes og det var ikke hygiejnisk at lægge sit tøj i skabet, derfor levede vi i en kuffert, flere ruder var itu, støv fra aircondition faldt ned i sengen idet den var installeret over denne, fjeder i sengen kunne mærkes, gulvtæpperne var virkelig nussede og gamle, vandet var svært at få ud af hanerne.

breakfast was outstanding - the best omelette I've ever had and wonderful views over Camps Bay on the terrace alongside. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, filled with new fresh water in the fridge every day, something I haven't seen in all my hotels whilst being in Cape Town. Particularly as I was a solo traveller, I felt that the staff were so attentive and made me feel welcome and safe and really went the extra mile.
The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants but not on the Main Street. The staff were very polite and friendly, breakfast was superb. Rooms were clean and to a very good standard
The noise from ongoing construction but that couldn’t be helped. I would still stay there again as I was out of the property from morning
Also I got the room next to reception which meant I could always hear guests and staff that were at reception and music from bar area. I think because I was solo. If I was to stay there again I would request one of the rooms upstairs if available. The balcony didn’t feel private as guests would pop their head around the divider onto my part
We sliepen in een gerenoveerde kamer en deze was heel erg mooi en comfortabel. Heerlijke bedden, goeie airco en een fijne douche. Het hotel ziet er sfeervol uit. Vriendelijk personeel en een goed ontbijt ‘s ochtends. Ook echt genoten van het zwembad. Het is niet groot, maar perfect om af te koelen.
Daarnaast ideale ligging, op loopafstand van het centrum van Camps bay.

Not able to access property when arriving at notified time…until help sought from taxi driver to phone.Room did not meet standard as advertised..air con did not work on arrival,cold water tap in bathroom didn’t work,and all taps needed replacing.Tiles cracked in bathroom,lampshade fell apart as it was taped together.Staff were not ready for us for advertised breakfast start of 7:00am every morning.Security poor when cleaning staff left full set of keys in door after cleaning.Noise from renovation made day stay in hotel impossible.

В отеле ремонт, с 9 утра шум и строительная пыль - все сотрудники ходят в респираторах, дышать нечем.
Возможно в отремонтированных номерах все хорошо, но в старых жить практически невозможно, очень грязно, все разваливается, ощущение, что живешь в мотеле, а не в отеле 4*…
This hotel ticked every box! It was in the perfect location , just a few mins walk to the beach and restaurant’s and we felt safe our entire stay. We had the most stunning view from our room and the staff were so helpful and kind. It is being renovated and we were shown one of the new rooms which was absolutely stunning, we want to come back! I cannot reccomend this place enough!

I had a fabulous stay! The hotel is in such a great location and the staff was truly wonderful! I had a massive room with a wrap around terrace and breathtaking views. I would definitely stay there again.
The only thing is the property/rooms are a little old but I understand they are going to through a renovation.
The hotel was under renovations therefore the low rating
Fixtures and fittings are old and need replacement

Мы приехали в 14.30 в отель и нас попросили подождать наш номер, потому что check out у них в них в 14.00 и наш номер еще не был готов. Мы пошли на обед и согласились подождать. Изначально я также запрашивала номер с двумя отдельными кроватями, но у них не оказалось таких опций и нам просто повысили категорию номера. При заселение мы обнаружили, что комната, которую нам апгрейднули не имеет стены между спальней и ванной, причем вообще никакой приватности. Плюс у нас была предусмотрена терраса с неработающим бассейном, который был похож на болото. Мы попросили номер с нормальной ванной, персонал нам соврал что у них таких номеров нет, позже мы узнаем, что нормальные комнаты в наличие и свободные. На просьбу второго одеяла нам принесли плед непонятно какой чистоты и сказали что одеяла у них нет. Напоминаю отель 4 звезды. Спустя часа разговоров мне принесли нормальное второе одеяло. Переселять в другой номер нас отказались, так как заехали мы в воскресенье, а менеджер на выходных и никто не может принять решение. На следующее утром нам все таки дали нормальный номер. Все это время мы коммуницировали с персоналом по номеру what ups. Еще одной странностью стало, что персонал спокойно переносит сейфы в руках и открывает их одним нажатием кнопки, никогда не испытывала иллюзий о сохранности в отельных сейфах, но все таки не так явно. В день перед выселением мы также написали сообщение что сделаем check out в 13.00 и занимались своими делами. К нам в 12.00 подошел менеджер отеля, понять что это менеджер, а не просто работник, также было невозможно. Он сказал что мы должны были уехать в 11.00, на что я показала сообщение и он сказал что мы должны были лично его об этом проинформировать. Мы указали что при въезде нам сотрудник сказал про выезд в 14.00 и мы следовали его словам, на что нам было указано, что менеджера никто об этом не предупреждал и это наша проблема с кем мы там вообще разговаривали.
