Increíble atención al cliente
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la amabilidad y la excelente atención que recibí durante mi estadía en el hotel. Extravié un objeto de gran valor, y tanto el personal como la gerencia me brindaron calma, contención y asistencia inmediata hasta encontrarlo. Realmente, la atención fue increíble.

Cumple con lo básico

Buena relación precio calidad. Cumple.

Cons:

Cuando llegué la calefacción de la pieza no funcionaba, avisé en recepción para que lo solucionaran y no lo hicieron, luego el chico que atiende en la noche puso muy mala cara cuando le pedí una solución. Había que dejar la llave o si no, no hacían el aseo.
