Great location, budget room
Pros:

Hospitable host, welcome drinks, fantastic beachfront location, cooking area, parking spot for tuk tuk

Cons:

Dirt floor downstairs, it looks like there are some personal items in the room, the room and shower feel cramped, there are gaps where mosquitos can get through, we had two cockroaches on the mosquito net

Pros:

Proximity to dickwella beach. The host was nice.

Cons:

Very basic room. Our room was a little cramped with a single bed and a double bed and lots of extra stuff in there. The property is essentially a building site. No A/C. The rooms were very stuffy and it was quite loud at night. No wifi. There’s no terrace to sit outside the room (as the description says).
We booked for 3 nights and only managed one.
